My breakfast was done perfectly to order. The server was amazing and kind. The only downside was the diner next to me at the counter walked out without paying, forcing our server to pay instead.I believe it's egregious of management to penalize an employee for something that wasn't even their fault. It's hard enough to find competent help, let alone with shameful policies like making them pay for someone else's thievery. The situation upset me so I covered the guy's ticket. Waffle House must stop their practice of penalizing employees for what dishonest people do before I'll set foot back in one again. Too bad because I really enjoyed my meal and would love a repeat. Shame on management.

the service was bad,actually there was no service we were sitting there for MINUTES,almost a HOUR.and we were being PATIENT,and when we were waiting,one of the girls there literally cursed.like i know she might have been stressed,but you don’t curse just because the customer is waiting literally PATIENTLY.for your service.?(so disappointed)

Husband and I got Waffle House last night and it was awful!! Both of our plates were wrong and missing food that we paid for. Our food was $29.00. It is so frustrating and hard to find a decent place to eat these days!

Food was just okay, waffle was a tad undercooked. The real issue was the loud mouth male manager with the long hair. Borderline inappropriate/personal conversations with other employees, loud singing and obnoxious laughing, all with an inescapable volume. Couldn't even enjoy the mid food. Take it down 10 notches, buddy.

Wow where do I start!! I’m new to the area and I have stop here on my way to work a few times and they never tell me with awesome service. Rodney and Eric are the best !! If you are hungry and looking for a 5 star meal and service go to this Waffle House and you will not be disappointed.
