Wayback Burgers

For a burger joint the burger was good the onion rings were very good, not oily like some places. For the most part we enjoyed ourselves the place was nice and the employees were pleasant. It's a little pricey but it was worth it.

As an out of town guest, a friend and I chose to eat at your establishment. There were dirty booths upon entering. Overlooking the booths we still wanted to try the food because it looked good! There was no one at the cash register initially. No one offered to help us. We both made the comment to the gentleman behind the register that there was not a greeting or an offer to assist. Not even a hello! There was no smile. The gentleman on yesterday became argumentative and stated to us that we didn't hear him speak. I promise you that he said nothing at all. At this point I had to leave because I do not engage in conflict. Your company lost out on revenue because of the lack of customer service. Lastly, this restaurant had a score of 94. This is concerning for a restaurant in my opinion.

I emailed the company as suggested or mentioned and NEVER received a reply back from anyone.

The foods is good, I got chili cheese fries, but this old lady I think her name is Rhonda( that’s what it says in the receipt) yelled at me 🥲yelling at me to flip my card and I did, and she continue yelling at me and she grabbed my card and put the card in aggressively.

It was my first time eating there. The food was hot and fresh! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have several burgers and sides to choose from, ice cream, milkshakes, etc. They're located at Tanger Outlet in Mebane, NC.

Food is overpriced. I had the steak house burger with fries and a drink for a cost just over $20.00. For that price I expect everything to be near perfect. The burger (as with most restaurants) looked only slightly familiar to the picture on the menu. Not even sure if it had everything on it that was supposed to be there. It was also underseasoned, which was the most disappointing part. Other than the taste of A-1 sauce, the burger was pretty bland.

Tables were sticky and dirty. The restroom smelled like something had died in there. And the food was mediocre at best. Very greasy and bland. I do not recommend it. I had the Cajun burger and expected it to have some flavor. But it was so bland. All you could taste was grease from the meat. My dughter had chicken fingers that were so over cooked they are hard. We will definitely not be stopping here again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. It would be cumbersome and difficult to maneuver a chair around this building.
