They made wait 30 min after i placed my order ….
The place was very dirty and no one used gloves to prepare the food and very bad service.

Was just told by the Drive-Thru worker that I could just leave if I didn't want to wait! (Obviously) After waiting for over 5 minutes and no one's saying anything when I pulled up to the speaker. There was only one car in front of us, with hardly no one inside. She stated that they were short-staffed. Although when I pulled up to the window to ask for the manager, the girl at the window ran to the back. A guy came to the window and I asked for the Manager's name. He wouldn't give me the name but another girl came to the window saying she was the manager but gave me a fictitious name. To say that you are short-staffed but there's not hardly any customers in the restaurant or in drive-thru is hard to believe. This took place on 12/17 at approximately 7:10pm. This is normally our go to Wendy's location. But until the service changes we won't be back.

I pretty much fell out of love with Wendy's sea salt fries after tonight. My wife agreed with me that their fries really we're barely lukewarm hard and we decided that cookout had better fries so we've decided to if we buy anything we'll buy a burger from now on bring it home and put some frozen spuds in the air fryer. Wendy's needs to take control of their product quality in this location at least Just to be frankly honest with you I have run into the same problem at other locations.
Pretty sad what you actually get when you specify a Large French fry after paying $11 for a Triple Cheese. Looks like I get about half of what Crocodile Dundee got in his third movie L.A.. I don't think I can add a picture. Also I cannot specify which way did I get my food, it doesn't allow for drive-thru that's where the error occurs

Came to Wendy’s after a long shift and was very grateful for the fast service. I did place a mobile order. The food was fresh and hot, as well as packaged with care. I also was grateful that when I asked for extra sauce, the worker at the window was kind about it and gave me more than I needed. I always want to highlight good service when I see it. Thanks

This was the first time I had a salad that I wasn't really a fan of, from Wendy's. I normally get the salad with apples and pecans, but opted for the Cobb salad this time. Maybe they are not a hugely popular item at the location because I found several pieces of lettuce that was a little too brown for my tastes. The restaurant was clean but the service was kind of slow, especially when there wasn't a huge crowd dining in either. I will always try food at Wendy's so I'll be back but will order something different.

FILTHY! DISGUSTING! UNSANITARY! How can anyone eat here? I'd rather eat in my chicken coop than eat here. At least I know my coop gets cleaned regularly. Look at these photos! Really? And don't even get me started on the bathrooms. I decided to just forgo lunch rather than take my chances at this slop hole!

Excellent, but short staff. Store is closed inside after 5:00. Thay do work hard together, to keep the drive thru rolling

20 minutes waiting to place my order and they just ignore everyone. Honestly they have bad attitude with all the people. Like 10 costumer we walked out of that place
