I asked for a Classic Chicken Sandwich which should have on it, pickles. I got the small end piece of the tomato and no pickles. The chicken was dry and I'm gonna guess they ran out of stuff. maybe they need new management. But I guess this is what you get when you take a gamble with fast fat food.
Also we did not receive a receipt because they apparently ran out of paper. Which I don't believe and it is actually required by law to give the person there receipt.

I usually don't leave reviews but got a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich was cold and hard the patty very disappointed threw my dinner away I will never go there again and probably wont go to Wendy's now for years had to heat up a hot pocket just very disappointed

Hate God

Whoever was running the shift on 08/29/25 at 8:10pm EST should be admonished and/or fired because I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes in silence before leaving. Wendy’s food is good, but waiting 10 minutes just to order FAST food isn’t worth it. Usually I’ve had good experiences, but my wife has had this happen before too and it sours the rest.

Ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets and 7 of them were spicy with 3 of them being regular. That’s just a poor effort.

Associate at the window had an attitude, told us to pull forward. Basically threw the food at me and then didn’t even put the chicken nuggets in the bag.

gross. should have read reviews before going inside. smelled 'like a gym' as soon as we opened the door. lettuce and other little pieces of stuff on the floor. counter left unattended. trash in the kitchen. i will consider it $$ spent for education. lesson learned! 'once bitten twice shy'. p.s. it used to be really good. p.s I don't hate the place or the people. p.s. I hope they pay attention to the many recent 1 star reviews and make necessary changes.

Update 7/28: don’t bother ordering anything on the app as they are likely out of it. This is the 3rd time I’ve shown up to this location for an online order and they are out of item(s) in the order. With technology, I’m not sure why they can’t make something sold out on the app like a chick-fil-a would do.

Slowest drive-thru of all time. How is a store out of all fountain drinks? That points to poor management. Update: an employee is unloading bread from a civilian car, again pointing to poor management.

This location should be closed. Right now, the lobby is closed. They are making people order then pull into parking spots and they will bring the food out when it’s ready, which they have no idea how long it will take. It is always like this. I have been here and they closed up and walked out while I was waiting for my order, even though the sign said open til 2am weekend nights. This was about 10pm. I would definitely not come here again except I deliver orders and have no control unless I want my numbers to suffer.

Went here for lunch, the lady was kinda rude when we asked for our drink and our fries was cold and soggy. Maybe it was an off day for them🤷‍♀️

Order had to be taken twice in drive through. Food so greasy couldn't eat it, fries were old. And it wasnt' even busy. Only 1 car in drive through in front of me. Absolute waste of resources, time and pay that your employees so called earn.
