Drive thru was long so decided to go inside and order the food to go. New person was running the counter and should have had help from his manager(but didn't),as you could tell he was overwhelmed and didn't know what he was doing. Service took FOREVER, and the food was cold before he even finished getting everything prepared. I didn't order anything crazy either...a nugget kids meal for my daughter, Son of a bacconator meal for myself, and 2 frosties. My sandwich was pathetic and overpriced, the fries were cold and disgusting. I should have just gotten the 5 dollar biggie bag and come out cheaper and the same amount of food for less money. Wish I could get a refund..but no receipt was provided to even inquire. DO BETTER WENDY'S!

When we walked in we couldn’t the door was locked. We had to walk around the whole Wendy’s just to get in the door, the door been broken for six months I don’t know why I still go here we got five dollar biggie bags and there not five dollars they messed up and gave me spicy nuggets and I wanted regular nuggets the spicy ones were cold in the middle and spicy on the outside and it gave me explosive diarrhea they forgot a nugget and a fry in one of our biggie bag. they need to put the fries in the bag.

Ordered 2 bacon double stacks and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers...got home not one piece of bacon on either of the 4 burgers..server dumped fries into bag upside down...so they all fell out into the bag. Will not visit again!

this place is an absolute joke. if i could give them a negative star i would. NEVER go here. They have the most common item on the menu, frosties. scratrch that, they do not. 4 times I have wasted my gas going to this loser of a fastfood something and ordered a chocolate frosty. it is on the menu and on a friggen sign stuck in the groud. 4 times after wasting MY gas they state do not have this. really? today the excuse was, my machine is broken? really that is what you said the last time. I have a novel idea. FIX IT. and when they do, never go here. Ever.

I asked for a Classic Chicken Sandwich which should have on it, pickles. I got the small end piece of the tomato and no pickles. The chicken was dry and I'm gonna guess they ran out of stuff. maybe they need new management. But I guess this is what you get when you take a gamble with fast fat food. Also we did not receive a receipt because they apparently ran out of paper. Which I don't believe and it is actually required by law to give the person there receipt.
