Dirty tables floor. Staff on phone more than working food was under cooked and cold needs to close staff when to bathroom the only clean table was next to bathroom and never heard the water come on to wash his hands very bad

Saturday about 5:00 pm my partner placed an order online and it was ready when he arrived about 20 minutes later. He ordered corn, cheese fries, wings and a couple crispy chicken tenders. Plus ranch and blue cheese for dipping. Everything was delish. Service was good too. My favorite out of everything I tried was the crispy tenders! See photos below-

Someone is adding extra salt to the lemon pepper and it is over powering the flavor. Never tasted this much salt on my food here. Very disappointing.

I’m really disappointed with this Wingstop location. I tried to place a pickup order over the phone, but was told they only take orders that are $30 or more. I couldn’t place one online because the app wasn’t working and my credit card kept getting declined through it. When I called the store for help, the employee just said “oh, that’s too bad” — no effort to offer a solution or any real customer service. It’s frustrating that I can’t even order food unless I physically go into the store. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

is there a reason why this location never seasons their fries? are wingstop fries not supposed to be seasoned? it literally says “seasoned fries” and i ALWAYS get pain fries with NO SEASONING OR SALT

My friend went to Wingstop a few days ago and placed a mobile order and she waited HOURS and never received her food or a refund. The workers were extremely rude and told her there was nothing she can do about it. She posted a TikTok about it and one of the employees saw it and left nasty and threatening comments. Wingstop is already expensive as it is, to not get ur food then receive ghetto comments from a sad mad employee is diabolical. If ppl can’t handle working a fast-paced popular wing restaurant then maybe seek Arby’s or Wendy’s…??? Idk seems like this location needs a fresh start on all their employees bc that’s ridiculous.

I'm new to Wingstop and so far. I get a greeting walking in . Every person on the registers has been kind and patient with me for not knowing what to get. . N helped with decision.
Yes, also seen a mess up come back for missing an order and With no attitude the wkr apologies and remade her food .. while the customer made a complaint online... but we r human. Stuff happens .. I still think the workers her are great.

Drink machine is nasty, I paid for a Dr.Pepper & sprite they were both awful with no flavor. They forgot my veggies that I paid for, there is always an issue when going to this Wingstop.

Literally waited an hour to watch Employees basically let other tickets in front of people waiting for online orders because they complained. Had to leave an the staff is so untrained they can't even give a refund. I'd take your business else where.

I would understand more if this place was actually busy but I placed an order over 40 minutes ago and to come find an empty store full of employees just having a blast is crazy. I wouldn’t even care if they’re having fun if my order was just actually ready when I arrive. So what exactly are yall doing in those 40 minutes? Ridiculous

Walked in at 1025pm stood at the counter about 5 minutes they finally said that if me and my child want to order that it’s only going to happen through the app they won’t accept new orders any other way I won’t be back there again this is multiple time this has happened and the wait time when you are the only one in this store is way to long as well for the quality late at night.

First off the staff is nice. But they seemed to be playing alot. I did hear some cursing. The restaurant could use a cleaning. Fries and tenders were nothing special and they were out of dr. Pepper and the tea is awful. I wont be back.
