Our waitress was great. Very friendly and terrific service, checking on us often.The fries were good. Chili is good too, but the hot dog itself is nothing to write home about. It was simply a vehicle for the toppings. My suggestion is either get it loaded with toppings so you don't have to taste the hot dog or go over to Missy's nearby, which have much better hot dogs.We'd probably return again to try burgers and other things on the menu.

Mebane Oaks. Location food was below McDonald’s standards. We had a simple order. I had a double cheeseburger with everything but tomato. My wife had a bacon cheeseburger loaded, and five wings. We watched our meal sit on the counter from where we were sitting for 15 to 20 minutes while the waitress conversed with the other staff, drinking her milkshake and laughing cold no bacon on her burger and the Wings were undercooked and rubbery Barely done. The waitress seen our entire meal sitting on the table after three or four bites, never even asked if we wanted a box didn’t ask us if there was anything wrong just handed our Bill absolutely horrible, Worst experience in years never again. Absolute garbage do not waste your money in that place. I cannot explain this enough.

To the person managing this location: DO BETTER! Zack's is a long-standing GREEK establishment in Alamance county and your lack of management skills is RUINING its reputation. Go train at the downtown Burlington location if you need help. Food should be fresh, hot and delicious.

We have been there twice now and we have only had their hot dogs and fries. Food was good, the chili was ok and fries were good. Price is excellent. Will be back to try other menu items.

We went around 2:00 on 8/28/23. No crowd, only around 6 people in restaurant. Waitress was friendly. Took our order promptly. We got our food within 5 minutes. Fries were cold, burger was barely warm, cheese was not even melted. Hotdogs were warm. Dr. Pepper was nice and cold! We ate our sandwiches, could not eat the fries. Waitress did not come back to check until we were ready to leave. The manager did offer us free food, but we paid and left a tip. The manager was working in the kitchen, she sent the food out cold. I will not be back.
