This is by far the best zaxbys ive been to in awhile. Food was brought to me while I was seated which is a first typically your called and come to the counter but the Manager/Management were so inviting and made sure you truly enjoyed your meal. Thank you all for fresh food, great customer service and a smile.

Found a LONG blonde hair wrapped IN my chicken tender. This is disgusting. Zero stars if I could. And no it’s not mine I have very short and dark hair. I wish it was mine.

So Saturday after shopping our family of 5 voted whether to go to Chick-fil-A or Zaxbys. My husband and son loves Zaxbys I prefer Chick-fil-A but will eat either plus I love Zaxbys loaded fries and our other 2 members said either so we decided to choose Zaxbys. We spent almost $100 dollars. Everyone ordered our usual items and for my husband and I we did the loaded fries. When I say I was disappointed with them its a understatement. There was no cheese in site it looked like they took 2 slices of bacon and 2 chicken strips and split it between the 2 loaded fries. I asked the worker about it and with a snobbish attitude she said u get a cup of cheese (I assume its not a true cup size I bake and cater I know what a cup of cheese looks like) and 2 slice of bacon and 2 stripe per fry. Couldn't be true but whatever. So I said we'll what about the ranch. She then gave me 2 packs of ranch and charged me 50 cents for each. I'll never give THIS location my service or money again when there's one a few exits in Burlington. The young lady that took our order was excellent and she looked disgusted at how this lady was handling them and customers this day, but she still smiled and apologized for things she wasn't responsible for she just took our order and payment and did it well. The other lady I assumed was a manager needs more training bc she's rude, has a terrible attitude, and has no customer service skills.

The store is clean and the staff was nice. The food was hot and as ordered. Just didn’t receive dressing or fork for Salad but was given a ranch dipping sauce so maybe that is the protocol now.

This was the first time eating at this location. The food was super fresh. And super delicious. The staff went above and beyond and was very friendly. I would recommend if you want Zaxby's visit this location.

We ordered our food thru delivery. I was very disappointed with the salads. The lettuce was black and old. The salad looked like it had been dropped. This is the third time I have got awful salads from you. No more. I'm done.

The food here is ok but doesn't seem as fresh as other Zaxby's has been in the past. Fried pickles seemed to be old or maybe reheated. Also they need to get the speaker fixed out at the drive-thru because a couple of times I've come and ordered and had my order messed up or something missed. I don't think they can hear too well and I always have to yell through the speaker or use a raised voice for them to even hear me.

Our food came out here faster than we could pour our drinks. Regular place to pop in to grab some chicken fingers and fries. No complaints. They have a few different house hot sauces to try.

I had a great experience with Ms. Italy Neal. Her customer service was AMAZZZINGGGGG, she knew everything with the menu and was very nice and it made me wanna have zaxbys for lunch EVERYDAYYY. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. ITALY, YOU MADE ME AND MY HUSBAND DAY. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE😍😍😍 We'll definitely be back 🫶🏽
