My family and I had a great experience at Zaxby’s! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and really seemed happy to be there. Our food came out super quick, hot, and fresh, and everything tasted amazing. It was nice to see employees smiling and creating such a positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the best Zaxby’s experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!

When i came inside i automatically felt welcomed here and , everyone’s moods were amazing 🙋‍♀️ especially Sabrena she’s go sweet. COME eat here y’all WHERE THE FOOD IS NICE AND HOT BABES

Visited on Sunday, 8/17, and we had a great experience. The cashier/ manager was welcoming, cheerful, and kept the place immaculately clean.

Every time we pick up in the drive thru at this location we have to pull up and wait for our order even if no one is behind us. Is it so hard to let customers know the wait time on an item they order so they can order a different item and not have to wait 30 minutes for fast food. It's ridiculous.

This store has the worst attitudes every time . I attempted to just think it was flukes. But they'll argue when you can prove you paid for extra sauces on the app, won't give you the potato chips with the zax packs that COMES on the app. Which is ridiculous when I PAID for it AND provided proof every time. It's a clean place and that's the only plus here. Hot honey mustard never seems to appear on the damn screen for then either.

We'll I have always had good experiences with staff@ Z, friendly ladies running the drive thru, fast efficient and professional..... And I would love to suggest that the LEMON PEPPER WINGS stay on the MENU, baby they were delicious....

The service was very fast and the cashier was very nice. Our order was out very quickly, but I thought it was odd that they charge for sauce cups. Also, the food was not as fresh or seasoned as it has been at other Zaxbys locations I have eaten at.

We stop at Zaxby every time we go South always has great choices and service is good also

Stopped by for a quick drive-thru meal. Ordered 10 wings. They were ready in minutes and delicious. Service was great!

This location can't seem to ever get any orders correct. I am giving three stars on the food simply because the birthday cake milkshake is delicious. For the 4th out of 5th time I was cheated out of sauces that should be included with the chicken. It is hard to eat 20 pieces strips without sauce. The order summary take to the outside of the bag clearly stated for Zaxby's sauce to be included with 20-piece tenders. I will never again go to this location. The food isn't cheap and I should get what I ordered. Inside the floors were sticky and slippery and they had only been open 35 minutes when I arrived.
