Did some work on the flattop and once done they offered me food and I had the Cobb salad with some fries on the side.

I wrote them a one star because this lady didn’t have shoes on and she was itching and rubbing her feet and they were just playing out mean they were literally mowing and groaning in front of us being really mean so I would not go to Zaxby’s

haven’t gotten a correct order in weeks- either wrong sides, no sauce on wings, or missing items :(

My chicken on my salad was raw, and I had to wait for my food just for it to be raw.

Went here for the Mr Beast box. What a disappointment. The flavor of the chicken was mediocre the "white cheddar" bites was just string cheese and my fries were lukewarm and dry. The cashier was rude and to top everything off, there was a disgusting roach in our booth. I'm so grossed out. Will NEVER eat here again.

The wings were dry and brittle. There was hardly any meat on them at all. I was on the way to fly out, so I couldn't ask if this was normal. Probably won't stop here again

Was there Sept 29 about 8pm. Went inside stood there about Five minutes no one asked to my order. Young lady keep sweeping the floor. So I just left. Normally it's a great place to go to.

If there were an option for 10 stars for customer service Cynthia would get 10 stars. As we were ordering, my fiance mentioned he was fighting a migraine, we got our drinks and sat to wait on the food. When our food was done, which was great! She had put 2 packs of headache medicine and told him that she hopes he feels better. There should be more people like her in customer service. She is an absolute rockstar!!!

The ice in both lobby machines were empty. The coke machine in the lobby had almost no drinks. When asked employee for ice she questioned the fact the other machines were empty. Not sure I would recommend this location again. Will be calling corporate Monday.

I went thru the drive thru and my food was delicious and fresh! I got fried pickle bites, cookies and sweet tea. Customer service was very good. She was very polite and helpful. ?
