We love Waffle Station! It's one of our favorite places to pop over to for a fun brunch spot. Always love the monthly specials. Highly recommend the chicken waffle bites. So delicious!!!

Disappointed. Burnt (I mean charred black…not a little) food, and responded with “we make mistakes.” Someone looked at the food and still decided to give it to us. Not a good option if you need your food cooked right and don’t have time to go back to see if they will fix it or replace it (not that it was offered). Also, sadly not the first time.
Edited 12/20 for clarity: >>As explained to the shift lead when I called, this was my SECOND TIME with totally burnt food - the first time I brushed it off, because...mercy and grace, things do happen sometimes. >>Also, I was NOT offered any resolution past "we make mistakes." The entire call was inside of 2 minutes and included me explaining what happened to the person who answered the phone and being put on hold to talk to the shift lead. Nothing was offered to fix the situation. >>Putting responsibility back on the customer and fabricating parts of the story for PR are insults to injury and its sad this your approach :(

Only place I have ever been to that charges tax on gift certificates. So does that double tax go to the government? Food here is good but I will not be back. I only bought the certificate because someone in the family really wanted it for a gift.

Blown away by the customer service! Great food(wish I could find that waffle recipe!) and an amazing atmosphere. Didn’t wait long at all for our food around 9AM on a Saturday. And they have little games to play at the table while waiting.

This has to be my all time favorite breakfast spot. We drove almost an hour this morning for my birthday breakfast and could not be happier! My husband got the Hot Honey Chicken and Waffles and I got the Fall Limited Peaches Waffle Combo, the bacon was so crispy and flavorful, the hashbrown was perfectly golden and crispy, the chicken was so fresh and juicy, and the sauce was thick and bold, I would eat here every morning if I could, thank you Reed for such an amazing breakfast spot!!

They took 4 people in front of me. I ordered by phone. The order was ready but they asked me to go to next window and took the person behind me. Then she got a phone order. Then another gentleman was waited on after me. Then she went to drive through and took their order. meanwhile my food is on the table getting cold and my iced drink melting. It was this morning and it looked like young teenagers working. Drive thru was three cars deep and noone was at the windows so I decided to walk up but after not getting waited on and they took 4 people ahead of me....I left the food and drink there. I will not be returning.
