We were very pleased with our experience. My only suggestion would be to cook the bacon to crispy. The bacon on both the pimento cheeseburger and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very fatty and soggy. That was our only complaint.

My husband and I just waited at a dirty booth for everyone in the place was taken care of and neither waitress wanted to clean and take order. We waited while each waitress past by us three times. 2x too many for me. Florence,SC.

The service here it not very good. Very slow and not because they make the food to order which is a plus. The staff that took care of my family the one time we visited were just slow and lazy. Food was below average but better than most of the bigger chains like McDonalds or Burger King.

So I called in our order and was told the order would be ready in about 20 min. We went over to the Walmart and after 20 mins pulled up to the pick up window. Our order had just come out and was ready to picked up. I gave the. My credit card signed for the payment $109.00 plus tip and off we went. Once we got home we realized they had left out one of our meal combos so back we went (10 minute drive if you hit the lights right). I called to let them know about the missing food and told them we were heading back. In addition to the missing meal I asked for an order of tots to help makeup for the time of having to go back. Once we arrived and got our missing food but was told they could not just give out side orders. I find it amazing that I place an order for 10 people totaling over $100.00, they forget part of it causing us to drive back and they could not even give us a side order of tots. The best they could offer was to take my name and number and a manager could contact me causing me to come back a third time. As a side note when we arrived back to the house for the second time the burger was wrong, but I am not wasting my gas and time to go back again. Next time I guess I need to follow Santa motto and check my list twice. Because this place is now on my noddy list. Time to eat my cold burger and tots,

I’ve been wanting to try this place and tonight my husband stopped by and picked food up. I should of read the reviews before trying because it’s horrible and not a single thing was correct on our order. We will not ever return. McDonald’s is better than this place. Oh and I ordered grilled mushrooms. Lol

terrible I don't know why I keep trying this thinking some thing would change. ordered cheese steak, barely enough meat to cover the bottom of roll. fries were soggy and half frozen. just bad, very bad.

Aye, it ain't the food that not bad. I went here last night with my girl and the food was good but we ain't talking about the food now. Let's talk about how that service do. We walked in at 5:45 and placed our orders. We sat there for fifteen minutes just waiting for the slow fry cook to fry up my bae's food. Them waitresses just slowly taking their time. Took them four minutes just to pay the drive through. It wasn't till 6:00 that I thought the food was cooking. I was wrong, it wasn't. It took them another fifteen minutes just to cook our burgers. Nobody was in there. If this was a normal night and you were slammed you'd fail. We didn't get our meals till 6:30. I went back to the car to eat but lord behold they kids screwed up my order. I had to go back in and complain cause this point I ain't waiting round for another 15 for nobody. Finally made my order right. But I tell you what now, we ain't goin back if you got dem kids in the back taken their time. The service ain't good, but the food was. I can eat those burgers all day but I ain't gon wait 50 mins for fast food.

I’m highly disappointed in this place. I have always had great service until now! They say support local businesses. I always enjoying “The Moose” and always get the large. Well I just picked up my order drove all the way home to see and find that I barely have a sandwich to eat!

I was very disappointed this visit. The service was slow, there was no cheese on our chicken cheesesteak and it had to much pepper on it, my side took a little while and my husband side was forgotten.

This place has my favorite cheeseburgers ever! They're so soft, juicy, and melt in your mouth with the cheese...I'm getting hungry just thinking about them. Their banana caramel milkshake is also a top 3 favorite ice cream of mine. Although, servers could use some more training because every time I'm there they're either extremely slow or mess something, but they're still very nice. For example, one time they messed up my order twice because the server wasn't understanding what I was wanting. I never complained, but they gave me my meal on the house anyway. The server could've been new and they were very accommodating so of course I don't hold it against them and continue to eat there. I mean when their burgers are that good I have to!
