Went here this afternoon with zero expectations. I was blown away. I ordered the chimichanga and my wife had the loaded fries. both were exceptional, fresh ingredients plenty of seasoning. The aqua fresca was clean and refreshing. Lastly we ordered the churros and the tres leches cake. The churros were phenomenal coated in cinnamon sugar and came with whipped cream cherries. Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Now I've had lots of tres leches in my lifetime. Without a doubt, this was the best tres leches in the charlotte area or NC as a whole. Ive never had tres leches this good that wasn't homemade. Head over there and give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Had lunch with friends today after church. Love this place. They have the best of both worlds: Mexican and Country cooking. Their portions are huge and the food is great. Its very convenient, and with the diverse menu of food, anyone can find something they like. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. There was so much food we all had to-go containers as we left. Definitely recommend MiCasa Family Restaurant.

They serve a combination of classic southern dishes along with Mexican food. Everything I have had so far has been exceptional. Don't forget to try the homemade tomatillo salsa if you like your salsa and little spicy.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff and the prices are what they are.. the cost of living is insufferable, but at least we have some places, like Mi Casa/Bob's, that make us feel a bit brighter and completely satisfied. 😋
The restaurant has been bought out and changed the name to Mi Casa Family Restaurant. We’ve been steady customers for about 9 years. We went tonight and we were the only ones in the restaurant, no takeout orders and still took over 30 minutes to get a BLT and a club sandwich. Not sure why, as everyone that works there was just standing around talking. We went specifically for the Thursday special of chicken and Dumplings, just to be told they no longer sell it, even though it’s still on the new menu’s. Was also told tonight by the waitress they are changing the menu to full Mexican. They’ve probably just lost a lot of customers as it’s the only restaurant in midland, but they’ve definitely lost our business.

Flounder over cooked, hush puppies all shriveled up over cooked. Ordered no potatoes under country style steak came with it and stuck to bottom. Mexican food over priced. Not going back

Country style steak was fried and I even asked if it was brown gravy and she said yes let me tell you it was not, I said I didn't want over rice or potatoes and it was smothered in potatoes. On my plate everything was just ok. My husband's flounder was over cooked but everything was so so.We won't eat there again this place has gone down
