Nice place to stop and relax. We stopped by on our way out of Charlotte. We both had flights and really enjoyed the wine slushies. The weather was gorgeous, so we wandered around the grounds and checked out the vines and pond. They have a large covered space and plenty of seating. A gem of a spot. Go check it out!

We went for the Happy Valenwines party. They had a DJ for the entertainment and offered wine,slushies, and a food truck. Great atmosphere and staff.

I had a glass of mulled wine cause I was driving, which was delicious, so much so i bought a mix. Mother and Auntie Shirley loved the wine tasting.

The google GPS had a hard time finding this winery. The only way in was a very narrow dirt road.The place is very small inside for tastings. Wines were just ok and WAY overpriced for NC wines.Even the tastings were small and overpriced.This will be marked on our wine ventures sheet as a "one timer."

Wine is fine, atmosphere is nice, but although they close at 6pm, they begin sending signals (i.e., closing tabs) for people to leave at around 5:30, and you must leave at 6 (or sometimes earlier, e.g., 5:50). At least a few minutes’ grace period would be more hospitable than a “we are closing the gates” at 5:58.

Mr. Jimmy is personable, friendly and knowledgable. ROA makes an amazing Viogner and some of the best fruit wines NC has to offer. The Moores and Rock of Agesare the best!!!
