This charming family-owned ice cream shop is absolutely delightful! We love their hot fudge cake topped with crunchy nuts, paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream and rich hot fudge. It's definitely a sweet spot we enjoy visiting!
Tried the hot dogs today all the way minus ketchup and added mayo(trust me lol) they were really good. Onion rings were a little too greasy for my liking(grease pouring out of them) but the dogs are definitely worth the stop. The two gals working the counter one with darker hair was friendly the blonde not so much….maybe just having a bad day. All in all the few times I’ve stopped here the cheeseburgers and dogs are really good.
We recently moved to North Carolina in learning away around. We live about 10 minutes from this shop and tried it one afternoon. Really great service and great ice cream. Atmosphere is really neat, like the good old days. It’s our new FAV place!
