Yolanda Miller work there and just like one of the best workers I mean she was like so nice to me respectful and she handed me my food niece she was not rude at all and she's like she should get an upgrade because like she's like one of the best workers there and if you forgot her name her name is Yolanda Miller okay

I want this bojangles to thrive so bad for this area but I’m starting to give up hope, dedication is not there, customer service is poor at best this may be due to a certain shift but I experienced on many occasions recently that Food is either not up to par got a frozen Cajun biscuit in the center, soggy fries on a different occasion, messed up my kids supreme order twice no biscuit in any of the 3 boxes I ordered and most recent (today) 12-22-25 no fries with our combo order! To say the least we expect mistake’s but seemly every other time we stop by this bojangles there is struggles to get the food right if you even get what you ordered! Again I’m thankful for folks willing to work but young kids goofing off not putting pride in their jobs drawing a paycheck with poor customer service is not what any operating business needs!

I'm a customer that eats there about everyday and have never really had an issue until today. The on duty manager I think that may have just promoted up basically ruined my birthday today over one chicken tender replacement w her very bad attitude about it...she made me out to be a lier because I told her it had fat in it and was dried out...she said none of our tenders ever have fat in them and shrug me off. After that I went up and showed her the chicken tender that I did not eat, to prove my concern...she was very negative again and just walked off and didn't even wish me a happy birthday because I told her it was my birthday and she was making it a bad one. Customer service is really lacking these days and I'm just glad I would not ever treat a customer that way and if they mentioned it was their birthday I would have apologized right then and there and wished them happy birthday! I mean this was all over 1 chicken tender replacement omg....what is wrong w her...maybe she is having a bad day, not sure but it was crazy bad customer service! We all need to pray about this!

Always great service and great biscuits

It's not the bojangles we go to.It's the gas station which has fabulous prices.But ohh, my god, if you don't watch out, you'll get stung by all the bees flying around the garbage cans. They really need to a little house cleaning on a daily basis

Went the other night. Ordered a bos chicken sandwich Deluxe no pickles extra mayonnaise. First sandwich nothing but mayonnaise so much it was all over the paper also. Went inside they gave it with everything no pickle and added cheese and bacon to it. Had to go back through the drive through the doors were locked. I told them all we.wanted on it was lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise the guy got on the computer read back what comes on it did.not say cheese and I knew he was going to make it wrong again when he shut the window on me before I could tell him no cheese. I set there while watching knowing they were getting ready to make it wrong again. They ignored me and rolled there eyes when I was.trying to get someone to come to the window. The girl and guy working both were rude to me I was trying to be as nice a out it as I could. Another guy saw I was trying to get someone he came and talked to me. He was very nice and went back and told the other guy no cheese and told me when he handed the chicken to me he had to stop the other guy he was getting ready to put cheese on it and told him cheese does not come on a bos sandwich it is for the grilled club only. Will be a while before I go back. We have had multiple other times we have had to have sandwiches remade here lately and several times we have wanted fried chicken plates and have been told they are out of fried chicken especially at lunch time on Sundays and have had to leave to go to the one on 421 instead. We will continue going to the one on 421. They have been nice and if something is wrong which is not that often, they always get it right the 2nd time appologize and are nice as can be in there.My daughter also said the fries were not the greatest and her chicken was really dried out.I will give them a 2 for service because 2 of there employees were nice and tried to help where the others at the drive through window did not
