Keep giving wrong fry size paid for. Take forever to take the order depending whose at the window. Some are very proficient and fast. That's rare though.

The epitome of horrendous customer service. Today it was getting all the way home before realizing that half of the order was missing. Last week it was completely making the order wrong. The week before that it was getting all the way home without the fries that were ordered. A little over a year ago it was an employee coming up to my family as we dined in telling us and only us in a very loud voice that we aren’t allowed to take our cups outside and come back in for refills which we have never done. In a restaurant full of people that is pretty embarrassing. We actually make it a point to throw out our cups before we leave and get a drink from the gas station attached. Eating out once a week is one of the few treats we have and Bojangles has ruined almost every meal. We should not have to go to another restaurant just for a pleasant experience. But today after having to waste gas to go back to get our breakfast they were so very kind to throw a sweet potato pie in the bag for the inconvenience. No one likes their pies in our household and unfortunately the car does not run on pies as fuel.

This place has got terrible

I rarely get what I tell them I want. I don't like brown gravy. I always order white gravy but very seldom get it.

Night shift teenagers are rude, never busy but will make you sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on your food and then get mad at the fact that you’re still there waiting because that means they actually have to do something. Then manage to mess up your order and you make it all the way back home before realizing they scammed you. Stop hiring children that do not want to work.

Idk what it is but everytime I go there the workers always have attitudes . It's like they pick and choose who they want to associate with which in all means I ain't trying to be a friend I just want my food . They talk to you and look at you as if you do not belong in there establishment and as I'd they don't want to serve you or take your order . Idk but just because I'm a darker tone than everyone here doesn't make me non American and them treating ppl as if they don't belong will be the downfall of this place. And they also don't let military vets use their discounts when able I've seen 1st hand . Idk of its the owners or the employees but somebody has to get in there and do better .

The service at this Bo Jangles is disturbing on the lack of customer service. Tonight like many nights I had to eat late Stopped by. The guy in front me waited and waited then they said can you please wait. After 25 minutes they took the order. Seemed to have attitude that it was past 8pm. It that was cuz he waited 25 minutes to give the order. I ordered after this and the person at the side window was just not happy. Short. I have been trying to enjoy the peach cobbler so I ordered that with food. Drove up and the guy ahead of me weighted another 20 mins to get his order by thigh time it was 8:43p. I drove to get my order and the woman or manager said that they had no peach cobbler.. I asked why do they advertise it. She replied that they do but it would take 25 minutes to prepare. This a problem with the staff. THEY ARE TO WORRIED ABOUT GETTING OUT ON TIME. Very sad. I asked how long it would be before I got my food. She said probably about 15 20 minutes. What a joke. Fix the problem here or close and let some other chicken place establish there with better service. What joke this place has become. Very sad! This is not an isolated event. It happens all the time here. Lazy staff. Concerned. Someone from a food service checks and balances needs to be contacted to see how things are done here.
