Bojangles of Millers Creek

If you’re going here expecting to get chicken, they never seem to have it. I have given up. Every time I go and order chicken, they are always out of white meat breast! So then I have to drive all the way back to Wilkesboro to get chicken! Will not be going there anymore.

The front door entrance needs a good pressure washing as the side walk and entrance way is very dirty looking and the building needs repainted in front due to peeling paint. The inside is clean but the food is hit or miss on being hot enough but this location has very friendly people working. My friendly recommendation is at least a good pressure washing and paint is pretty cheap too due to all the peeling...this will make it look so much more pleasing to people on entry!

Food was okay. Fries were fresh but not cooked enough or seasoned enough. Chicken wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot you could tell it had sat out for a while. Also the staff are slow and the wait times are always long normally. Wouldn’t recommend this bojangles unless you didn’t have anywhere else to eat

Quite literally the best Bojangles in North Carolina. Food is always fresh and the service is excellent. Additionally, a generous military discount is offered when dining inside.

Ive went to this store 3 times in the past month and it never fails fries are soggy and cold with no seasoning and never get the extra sauce I paid for and the tea is discusting poor excuse for a restaurant

Fast and quick

I frequent this bojangles often as my teen attends West. The employees at the drive thru are never friendly or hardly speak. That is untill last night I got the kid Cannon. He was the most polite and actually asked how my day was and when I asked how his was he responded with an actual sentence instead of just one word. The world needs more Cannons. Give this kid a raise.

Spent over 10 minutes at the drive thru window and had to repeat my order to the person at the window 3 times and then another person came to ask me what my order was and had to tell them twice and she still got it wrong. Couldn't even find my order on the register but I payed almost 14.00$$s for my order and it wasn't right. Got handed a order that had food in it and I looked at the top biscuit and knew right away it was not my order. Handed it back to the person at the window and had to repeat my order once again. Not sure what there problem is but they need to get there stuff together and people's orders right. People that work there should have better respect for the people that come to eat their and get the orders right. People who order pay for your check. It's not that hard to make sure people are getting what they ordered.

It was busy, food was dry, unfortunately not the 1st time

We stop at this Boj's frequently when we come to our home there. The absolute best customer service and the food is always fresh.

Keep giving wrong fry size paid for. Take forever to take the order depending whose at the window. Some are very proficient and fast. That's rare though.

The epitome of horrendous customer service. Today it was getting all the way home before realizing that half of the order was missing. Last week it was completely making the order wrong. The week before that it was getting all the way home without the fries that were ordered. A little over a year ago it was an employee coming up to my family as we dined in telling us and only us in a very loud voice that we aren’t allowed to take our cups outside and come back in for refills which we have never done. In a restaurant full of people that is pretty embarrassing. We actually make it a point to throw out our cups before we leave and get a drink from the gas station attached. Eating out once a week is one of the few treats we have and Bojangles has ruined almost every meal. We should not have to go to another restaurant just for a pleasant experience. But today after having to waste gas to go back to get our breakfast they were so very kind to throw a sweet potato pie in the bag for the inconvenience. No one likes their pies in our household and unfortunately the car does not run on pies as fuel.

This place has got terrible

I rarely get what I tell them I want. I don't like brown gravy. I always order white gravy but very seldom get it.
