I love Bojangles all except they changed from using brown gravy on their mashed potatoes and now they use the gravy from their biscuits and gravy. And I'm a vegetarian so it has sausage so now I can't eat my favorite food anymore

Great food but order isn’t always right. Check before you leave. There always seems to be younger people working there. Probably the reason customer service isn’t great. They lack experience. Otherwise what you do get to eat is always good and prepared properly
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp going into and out of the building. As well as handicap bathroom.
