Is the food good? No.
Is the service good? Never.
Is it overpriced? Very
Is it the only bar in RDU Terminal 1? Yes, so they will get business no matter what (including from me, regrettably).

Visited this place in the Raleigh airport. Went in looking for breakfast at 9:30 am only to find out they are serving lunch....What company starts lunch at 9:30am. Saw waitress 3 times, once to take our drink order, once to bring our food and the last time was to give us our check. Did not even to come around and ask us if we wanted refills, which we would have loved to have.
Will not visit this place again

The Raleigh Beer Garden cannot open fast enough. I can’t believe that RDU allows such mediocrity. This place is a cesspool of terrible and for far too long they’ve had a monopoly on bar seats in Terminal 1 at RDU: QR codes, rude staff, bland food, dirty tables.
Pure garbage.

I am not creating an account with my email, phone number, and a password to order here.

$60 for two truly awful breakfasts. I know airports are stupid expensive but $60?
You have to order with a QR code which is not terribly convenient but given the surly attitude of the staff it is probably just as well.
The coffee- and I use the term loosely- is what you’d expect from the lobby at the average Scotch Inn. No offer for a refill either.
Oh, they got the order wrong, too.
Eat before you get to GSO, and avoid this overpriced nightmare.

Tyler prepared the blackened salmon to perfection! A rare find in an airport restaurant. The price is in line with a comparable meal in non-airport restaurants.

Perfectly average airport fast casual restaurant with drinks and simple food options. Easy to order/quick service with a decent number of seats.

Double charged our two credit cards, as two of us mistakenly paid for the table with two different credit cards and the system allowed it. Not a problem at that point, but then the staff said one charge would fall off and to not worry. Instead, the duplicate charge posted on both of our credit cards. I tried calling to avoid a CC dispute, but their number is disconnected.

I sat at a table and scanned the QR code to order but was presented with an error that it was unavailable for my table and that I need to contact a server. This was necessary anyway, as my table was dirty and needed to be cleaned despite being empty for at least the 5-10 mins I walked back and forth trying to decide to eat here or not. It took around 8 mins or so to get someone flagged down who walked away to get someone else and another 5 mins for someone to come over just to ask me if I just didn’t want to use the code…. I explained and told her the table also needed to be cleaned which she did do thankfully. She was able to clear the error - notably she did not take my order herself - and told me to try again. My food and beverage came eventually and the grilled chicken meal that was marketed on the table card was very dry and tasteless which the restaurant attempts to cover up with slaw and some sauce. It did NOT work, and definitely does not make up for the overcharging they do. I travel a lot and have said it in several of my other reviews, but I will say it again - I definitely understand you pay a premium eating an airport, and I would not complain about pricing except for the complete lack of flavor, service, and care that this restaurant puts forth. If you want to give 2 star food and service, simply charge two star pricing.

I really don’t like these restaurants with no servers or human communication. This cafe works through a QR code. All I wanted was a tea to go with ice. The QR wouldn’t load and there was no one to help so I just had to leave. It’s the airport and there are no other options/competition so I doubt they will go back to having servers.

I come here for the counsel of Shannon. And the rest of the crew treats you well. Chill airport bar. ✌️from OKC
I didn’t even get to try the food because the only way to order is to sign up for an account on a mobile device. That’s absurd, people need to stand up against this crap. No one should be required to agree to a privacy policy to order a sandwich. The server was also rude and walked away from me in the middle of me asking if they had any paper menus. All around unacceptable and disappointing.

It's airport food. It's expensive. That said, it's good. The service is good and they do the best they can to make it comfortable.

Solid food for an airport and a diverse menu so there’s something for your whole party. But the prices and service weren’t great. I get that eating at airports is expensive and that’s fine, but it’s absurd to charge $9 to upgrade your side of fries to a salad, and even more absurd to charge $22 for a margarita. As for service, I ordered entrees for my family of 4 with 40 minutes to go before boarding, and you’d expect an airport restaurant to have some urgency. 2 entrees came 20 minutes later, one came at the 25 minute mark, and the last one showed up 30 minutes later. This is literally the most important thing to get right at an airport restaurant and this place didn’t do that.
