Can only order off a QR code. There are no paper menus and the bartenders don’t help at all. The sandwich came sloppy and wet. I would only come here for beer. The person next to me had burnt Brussels sprouts. This place might as well be automated.

Paid almost $20 dollars for one little flatbread that tasted like it came from a gas station. We also placed a to go order and it took 35 minutes and multiple reminders after they said they would bring it out.

Small little cafe in the GSO airport.
It's really convenient to order drinks or food because you can simple order from the QR code. Each area you sit in, has a unique QR code so the waiter knows where to bring the items to.

We were greeted immediately upon walking in. The place was somewhat empty. Maybe a handful of people inside. We had a flight in less then 45mins so we only got two glasses of wine. Nothing is cheap in the airport. Paid about $35 for two glasses of wine.

It was quick, fast and just what we needed before heading back home. Whenever i return back to NC, i will revisit for another quick drink.

The server/bartender SHANNON kept disappearing before our flight. The airport made an announcement that our flight was boarding and about to leave 45 minutes early. Of course SHANNON disappeared AGAIN and we(8 people) left what we thought we owed. She sent someone to get one of us off the plane to pay the balance. It should have come out of her check for constantly leaving!

Our food was cold and the order came incorrectly. It had clearly been sitting in the back because the bun was soggy. We ordered chicken tenders and the hot honey sandwich. It took 20 minutes to get waters. If I ever find myself in this airport again I would truly consider leaving to get food and making my way back through security.

The worst bar experience at an airport. If there was an award for the WORST Service this would win in a heartbeat. Service is lame. Zero customer service. You can only order online and they bring the food. Meaning the bartender doesn’t help or care other than bringing the food or drink to your spot. They had a bad attitude when I came, wouldn’t acknowledge guests. Plus the drinks are WAY OVERPRICED. Save your money. $17 plus tax for a Moscow mule? No thanks!

Waiting on my plane at RDU, I decided to grab some food and watch football. You pay in advance, the service is terrible, the place is not clean and you wait 44 minutes for cold wings and fries. I recommend not eating here, save your money and go somewhere else.

Experience is terrible. They make you order via QR code. Nobody follows up to see how your food or service is. And once we got our order in the cart, and went to checkout, we received an error message. And nobody at the bar or serving would assist.

Save your time and money and go to Char Grille. The food is garbage, everything was room temperature and soggy and took about an hour to receive. The wait staff is hustling around trying to do 10 jobs at once, clearly overworked but mostly smiles on their faces. Was much more comfortable sitting in the crowded terminal than in this restaurant.

I substitute the beef patty with impossible patty for the mushroom burger. Took 2 times to get the original right. Food was below mid. Not worth the price. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE VEGAN OR VETERINARIAN, I haven’t had beefy in 5 years and these restaurants will make a mistake and doesn’t care about your dietary restrictions.

Food was bad and service was worse. Keg must have been bad, cause the beer was spoiled. Asked for a different beer and it took 20 minutes. Food took 45 minutes to come out and was undercooked. Pizza was cold and soggy in the center and not fully cooked. Anytime the waitress delivered something, she set it down as she walked by and didn’t even ask a single question. She didn’t give us silverware either. Only reason they are in business is because it’s the only sit down service in the whole terminal.
