Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

We love Peruvian food, after having great Peruvian restaurants in LA and Southern California, we are quite picky and had our fingers crossed for a good Peruvian dinner here in Morrisville.
It was an early dinner for us at 5:40pm, the place was busy, the setting similar to Chipotle, you go to the counter to order food, then side, dessert, drink and pay, they give you a number, just pick a table and wait.
Atmosphere is super casual, with Spanish language music in background.
We ordered Lomo saltado, pollo saltado, a regular portion of Fried yuca and a Tre Leche for dessert.
Al the dishes were quite ok. Their green sauce was good.
Service was quick and efficient, like a good fast food place.
Btw, prepare to bring cash if you don’t want to pay for the credit card charges (over 3%)

This establishment was not even packed and I had to wait for more green beans and manduros. Then I thought maybe they would just make it all together so its hot no they did not because my chicken was cold along with my rice. I barely ate it when getting home after noticing it. I was assured they would give it all hot. Maybe this was just one off. The staff just seemed unorganized as they made some orders 2x and was all around trying to figure out whose food was who. I did not get a number which is what they usually do.

This one guy ( worker) he was dark didn’t notice me when I was at the line trying to pick up my order. Very dismissive. Then I opened my plate and I was supposed to get a thigh and a drum but I only got a thigh. Service was okay but I just thought that it was unprofessional and I paid all this money for nothing. This happened on 7/12/25.

Always forget the sauces for uber eats orders.

I come to this location several times a month and spend hundreds of dollars .Tatiana one of your staff is very rude to me and seems to bothered my me ordering food .you would think that people would be happy the have paying customers.I will not be back to this location.horrible customer service

Female who gave me my food yesterday at the chapel hill rd location..She was rude rude and made me regret giving a tip from my online order.. She didn't want to give me a cup which should have been fixed already..She snatched my bag bk to check receipt. Smacked her lips and grabbed a cup and lid and almost smashed it sitting it on the counter.. Second time having a problem here.. I don't advise my skin tone people to support this place.. App is no longer in my phone and will never spend with this place again.. Food always good.Need better workers that have respect for customers
