Better than charlotte airports version of this club. Better service and better staffed.

One of the smallest lounges with minimal food options of all the American lounges I have visited. The staff was great but the amenities are sub par. The delta lounge right across the way is much better. Makes me regret choosing American when I fly out of RDU every time.

Admirals clubs across the country are a hit or a miss. The one at CLT was overcrowded, making it hard to find a seat. Food options were very limited, with just a minestrone soup for the vegetarians/vegans. Restrooms were clean but small for the volume of guests. Staff was polite but seemed rushed and understaffed. Overall, it felt more like a busy gate area with snacks than a relaxing lounge.
One of the smallest clubs I have been to… but the staff was amazing and the drinks oh so cold and refreshing

8 April 2025. The Admirals Club in RDU was the worst I’ve seen it. Food was mediocre, service was nonexistent, but the men’s room was horrible.
The urinal was removed, only one toilet and it was not operating properly. I’ve been in better lounges in third world countries.

Heads up to active duty military members traveling on orders. This club will not let you in even when it’s virtually empty.
Recommended lounge: JAL Global allows you to enter. Regular alcoholic beverages are free. Premium alcoholic beverages such as Glenlivet are charged. Food is subject to availability.

Admirals Club doesn’t accept Amex Platinum for entry, though for $79 I was able to charge the amount to my card and I will receive an ‘incidentals’ credit to cover the full charge. There’s no wait, nice & quiet and relaxing ambiance. Enjoyed lobster bisque, a chocolate marshmallow pie and a double vodka & cola.Vacation…. here I comeUnika B. & Co.

This is quite possibly the worst and most useless Admiral's Club lounge. The food looks stolen from the Hampton Inn. The food laid out is old and running out, but who cares right? We don't pay much to be here... this is a complete ripoff!!!

I do enjoy the respite, but the amenities are lacking. The food is minimal, the coffee machine seems to frequently be broken, the printer is never in order, and I've never seen the showers open. The staff are friendly and it's relatively quiet and peaceful, compared to other lounges I've been to.

Denied access with a BA silver card on an AA flight. I checked one world website and they are wrong. It looked like a 1970s timewarp anyway, but still ended up spending USD 30 for a ropey breakfast.
