First of all I'd like to say how kind and efficient the staff were, they had me in and out.
Second of all I'd like to say how delicious the food and drinks were! The dessert and coffee were a little cooler than expected, but that meant I could drink my coffee right away without burning my lips, and both were delicious enough to make up for it anyways.
The drink selection was very unique, and while they weren't cheap of course the prices weren't as inflated as you'd expect for an airport. It was about as much as Starbucks but the quality was way higher.

I was told to visit Beyu but have never gotten the chance to visit. The price is the equivalent of a Starbucks drink but honestly worth it. I had just gotten home after being in the airport for more than 6hrs with a minimum of 4hrs of sleep.
I order a Caramello Iced Coffee and it was delicious! I typically like my coffee pretty sweet but it had enough of a sweetness that I didn’t feel the need to add sugar. Plus the coffee taste was not overpowering either. If you don’t like coffee, there were food and other drinks options too!
The staff was very friendly and hospitable, especially at the airport where you would meet all sorts of people. It left me feeling calm after a long journey in multiple airports.

The lady at the counter was extremely curt , unhelpful and was making faces by rolling her eyes. Pathetic behavior . Time At 11:30a. She is frustrated and NOT ready to help, may be should take a day off. She didn’t took the first order completely. She added when I followed up. I went and stood in the line for extra bagels but she never bothered and ignored and did not place an order

Easy to order, kind staff, relaxed vibe on departures level. If you need a place to grab a quick bite or warm beverage outside of security, this is the place! It's the only place, and is a quick elevator ride from baggage claim.
Was in Raleigh airport and went to this coffee shop on the exit .. initially they had a waiting hall and converted it to a. Coffee shop.. lots of seats to sit and drink .. they have coffee and coolers too. Tried latte and it was refreshing . Had an early morning flight ✈️ and coffee was a must !
I ordered a large latte . Tasted good . Service was ok. ? price wise it was ok.. for airport this wasn’t bad : breakfast options weren’t that good .. wish they had more options with eggs etc. this was more like a Starbucks menu. Good experience overall (coffee) but could be better ..

Service was the worst I have ever seen and personally dealt with. Terminal 2 at 545 pm. On her phone ignoring my wife then when I went through the line also ignored and rude. You are paying this person to be on her phone while the other guy works. She doesn't deserve to have a job.

We stoped through on the way back home.
We had read the review and appeared a place to try. We were disappointed with the poor customer experience and others who arrived after us the waiter took their order and we set the for almost 30 mins.
Waiter missed out on a generous tip.
I’ll never go there again and wouldn’t recommend them.
