Insane how long it takes to get a pizza at this restaurant. There were three people in line, and I didn’t get up to tell them about my pizza for 20 minutes. It was 45 minutes before it came to my table. When my pizza came, there were still people in line behind me that nowhere close to placing their order. Crazy.
I don’t know why anyone would go to this restaurant,the schema just doesn’t work.

Blaze pizza (in general) was highly recommended by my daughter, who lives in another state. Since I was in the mood for pizza one day, I went in search of a Blaze Pizza nearby. It's a pizzeria where you pick your own toppings, and then they cook it for you in a very hot (term forgotten by me) pizza oven. The pizza was really good and the price was good too. I also liked their lemonade. The only downside was that the restaurant was a little messy. I'm not sure if it was after the lunch rush, and they didn't have time to clean up yet. But overall, I would eat there again!

The stations are always dirty. Proper hygiene is not shown by the employees. I have been three times now and have had poor service each time, with two of the three times receiving a pizza without it being cut. One time did not have all of the toppings requested, nor the correct pizza crust.

Service is always at a crawl even if you are the only person in line. Imagine sloth-speed even with 3 people allegedly working. Missing toppings when you get to that section of the window/line. Overcharged when you can’t get what you want (you order unlimited toppings but they only have 1-2 you want). Used to be fast and great. Now it’s slow and not very good. Please do better.

We had a pretty awful experience at this location today due to the staff. I would avoid this location. The staff was intentionally slow, uninterested in providing good customer service, and both acted as though they didn’t want to be there. This appears to be a pattern and we are sad to see this location turn so awful from what it used to be.

Had gone down hill since it opened. Not clean anymore. Out of many toppings. Ran out of lemonade. There were flys around the lemonade containers. Unless they improve I won’t be back.

This was the worst Blaze we’ve ever been to. The service was terrible and everything I asked for on my pizza the guy said “we can’t do that, we can’t do that…” our gluten free pizzas were burnt and tasted off. The line was so dirty and gross. The lemonade tasted spoiled and there were no napkins, no lids and not a single other customer came in and we were there during lunch time on a Sunday. And the cheesy bread had a lot of black specks underneath. We have always had great experiences at any Blaze pizza we’ve ever been to. Do not recommend!
I love Blaze pizza but this location has gone downhill over time. My main complaint is around the cleanliness of the restaurant. I've seen lots of what looks like drain flies flying around, the soda station is dirty, and the prep counter is just messy all around. Please take this into consideration and fix up the place to attract new and existing customers. Makes me not want to visit even though I love the pizza!

Staff training and management support appear to be lacking at this location. Online orders regularly take 60+ minutes to prepare, and we've been blamed by staff on multiple occasions for operational issues (ticket only printing part of online order, staff not refiring a pizza that was dropped). The contact form offered in response to critical reviews is worthless - after multiple attempts at outreach, I've received a single response from the Area Leader saying they would contact the store GM, but I have never received follow-up after that point.
