I give them a 3-star only because when asking for fresh food it depends whose there- others get attitudes and you can tell the person at the front register doesn’t even want to relay the message to the back. They mix old and new food and this location gets enough biz, they don’t have to do people like that. They keep the inside fairly clean and the atmosphere once you get your order right is good.

I was semi disappointed with my food here. The chicken wasn't a great taste, or much taste at all. It was hot, which was good. The fries were almost over seasoned, but I did like the taste of them. The biscuit was the best part! It was SO delicious!!

I carpooled and took a coworker to pick up food from this location last week. The individual that was taking the order was super rude and lacked basic customer service etiquette. It’s sad because my coworker spent her hard earned money! I would not recommend this location. Please provide coaching to your associate that are customer facing in the drive thru!

Waited 5 mins for the guy to turn around to take my order at the front counter while everyone in the back is just watching. When I finally get my order in the manager that wasn’t anywhere to be seen comes in and starts trying to speed run making my food immediately starts to put old fries in my bag and I had them stop because if I can wait 5 mins to get my order taken least I would want to wait for is hot fries and fresh food. White lady with dreads and covered in tattoos give me the worst vibe by not smiling and just staring at me as I open it up to add more seasoning. Get in my car and the food is half old fries and half fresh fries with all old chicken at 11am right as they switch to lunch. As a mail man I’ll drive an extra mile to get my food next time thanks.

Had to wait second in line for....no exaggeration... 15 minutes
I went to order me a sausage biscuit comb, and a drumstick. I waited in line for about ten minutes,just to get some cold damn food. The biscuit just crumbled cheese cold to the touch. For a price of $9.63,ladies and gentlemen. 😶

Got off late from work and was searching for anything open. They closed at 11PM and I didn't arrive until about 1035. Despite being "that guy" and showing up at the last minute, the staff were super cool and the chicken and biscuits slapped.

As a resident of California this is always my first stop after arriving at the Raleigh Airport. Staff is always nice and serves me an amazing Ham Egg and Cheese Biscuit, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, bo rounds, Cajun fries for my trip across the VA line. Although many Bojangles are in the RDU vicinity I always choose this one. Thanks for treating me right
