I had two bad encounters with shift manager Jessy. He’s rude and it doesn’t matter what I’ve ordered from him he always has an attitude and the order is wrong. 😑

We’ve been there 2xs with the same lady at the bar( black hair/piercings) , unbelievably poor attitude and zero customer service , I hate to say …. Rude . Restaurant was dead both times but had to wait for service, food must have sat in the window a while as it was not warm, It seemed to be a problem to take our order , honor coupons , give us refills on beer …. It’s almost as if she doesn’t want the tips or even need anyone to buy anything.

I’ve been a big fan of BWW’s food and trivia for years , trivia’s been seriously missed for a while now but now customer service is gone too , why go back??

I picked up two orders of traditional wings and cheese curds through DoorDash. The cheese curds and spicy garlic wings were delicious. The lemon pepper dry rub, were the total opposite. I understand that dry rub means a dry rub seasoning. I did not think that meant dry chicken wings. As you see in the picture, the lemon pepper dry rub wings have barely any seasoning and the chicken wings are very dry.

We had a $250 dollar order from door dash and they got 3 of the items incorrect. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. The manager (jessie)was so nonchalant and was just like he's human and makes mistakes. His attitude was terrible, and not solution oriented. I agree people make mistakes but 2 in 2 weeks. I asked what I could do to prevent this from happening in the future and he said there was nothing I could do and didn't indicate anything he would do in the future either. He was a complete jerk. I won't be ordering from here anymore. You just lost a $250+order every 2 weeks as you made me feel like there was no solutions! Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Again if we wanted a dry salad and wings we would've asked for it like that. Attention to detail is important because thats what we pay for. Check and double check! Will be submitting feedback to corporate office on Jessie and his lack of professionalism. Terrible that this happened because we really like buffalo wild wings, I guess its wingstop for us from now on.

I do get that superbowl is busy time to accommodate orders. People like me ordered earlier, some a day earlier. Bww’s site give the option to order ahead. Of course on reaching at 5:30 was not expecting to get it then. Perhaps a delay of half an hour is acceptable. On reaching there and after half an hour delay, then checking on my order we were told like my order is 9 something away and each something is 7 mins. Totals 63 minutes. Now it’s not acceptable. It’s well into the game and this place is 22 mins away. So wanted to ask for refund. The person at pick up counter rolled the eyes when asked for refund and asked me my last 4 digits and said it will be back on my card. Now I shall wait and see.

The real problem is that this place has no process and crisis management in place for a big day. The manager needs to step up and take charge rather than than sending inexperienced staff to customers. The lady was taking names down on Notes app. It should be a sheet with our names on it to cancel off. I don’t even know if they got my order. Or a call back when done. The email receipt does not even have an order number or a link to either cancel or manage the order.

Btw ordered from another local place and they said 45 mins and it was 45 mins. Those guys were so much more organized. Shop local!

this is the first time in my life that I am giving a bad review for a restaurant business. We waited for 5 minutes to sit at the table. There was no crowd. There were 4 tables full in the restaurant. We came as 5 people and wanted to sit at the big table and they did not accept to sit us. There was no smiling face. There was no desire to serve the customers. It is a sad situation.

I understand if things get too busy but the fact that it was a small crowd and the people waiting for their online order are still being overlooked or waiting but longer after their pick up time. It would be very useful if they could check up to see if there are anymore people waiting or have something to alert someone that they have a customer waiting.

I used to like this place previously. But now it seems the management changed and service deteriorated to the core. Long waiting, what's served was different from what was ordered.

Went in with my wife and son, sat down for over 15 minutes and nobody ever approached us for service and place was probably not even half full. after the wait we got up and left.

Hello all,
I usually do not do reviews as this might be my 3rd one. I ordered a 15 piece wings, I only received 10 pieces even though I paid for 15. I called Buffalo Wild Wings, I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes to lookup my order which was recent through Door-Dash (Lol). Never able to speak to anyone and I did not receive a refund of any sort or solution to this over charge.......Very disappointed.

Tl;Dr: Probably the worst chicken burger I've ever had

The atmosphere was just fine and our server was absolutely wonderful, but it was also clear they were understaffed.

Unfortunately that translated into really bad food. My chicken burger was pounded flat, over cooked, dry, and covered in char bits that made for extra unpleasant bites of food. My partners wings came out cold, overcooked and dried. My tater tots were good but my partners fries came out cold and overly greasy. I debated not eating my dinner but was hungry enough I didn't want to wait to drive home to be able to eat. Very disappointing.
