Just cause it’s Buffalo Wild Wings. Terrible place

Service was absolutely terrible tonight. It took over 10 min for our table to be greeted and our server immediately came up to us and said “were y'all ready to order since I’m here now or else you guys will have to wait to get some food in” then I asked to order to go food while I was in the middle of eating my dinner he said “ok this has to be the last time you order anything because i can’t keep running back and forth between the tables and kitchen: “I have to protect my kitchen” ( last call was an hour and half later than when I ordered my food ) and I wanted another drink which meant more tip in comparison to the total but couldn’t because the check was given right away as well as everything else on our table was taken before we were finished. He was clearly in a rush and no care in his service. I’ve never stiffed anyone before but tonight was the first night I wanted to. But instead I gave him 20% because I am also a server myself and a previous BWW employee so I understand the industry and atmosphere of craziness game day- but he doesn’t have to be rude.

I came here with two of my friends and everything was perfect. The servers were so sweet and kind and they made the food so delicious. I loved the vibe of this place and I will definetly be coming back soon!

Imani always takes great care of us!! We've visited this location regularly for over a year and she provides consistently wonderful service! The food is also great, especially the burgers. Fun location to catch a game or relax.

The food was veryyyyy dry even with the sauce on the buffalo wings. The fries were fried a million times and cold. The food was really cold and old. Very disappointing. This was on august 3,2025 at 7pm

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was very disappointing. When we walked in, no one greeted us — we stood there for a while before someone finally acknowledged us. After being seated, we were left unattended with no menus or water, and it felt like we were being completely ignored. The host seemed visibly unhappy from the beginning, and I really tried to be understanding — we all have bad days. But when we finally ordered, her attitude remained the same: frustrated, impatient, and unwelcoming. This kind of service made the whole dining experience uncomfortable. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve both staff training and customer service.

Ordered a pick up order in the app hours in advance for a 6:30pm pick up. Got there and the person behind the counter said 5-10 minutes for my order. 30 minutes later my order was finally “ready” except whenever I got home the order was wrong.

Where do I begin? Ava was absolutely amazing! She was completely on checking on our table and making sure we were all good. We even got to have a good game on the TV we desired. Her service was the best to ever exist and she had amazing things coming this way for the company. I recommend dining in with Ava every opportunity you get coming into the Eastwood location.

If you like sports and you like TV's this is the place for you. I got the 10 piece boneless wing with spicy garlic sauce. The sauce tasted more buffalo style and I didn't get any garlic flavor. My wife got the 5 piece naked tenders with ranch dressing on the side. She upgraded to onion rings - my entree did not include a side. The onion rings were average. The service was friendly and efficient.
