Food was alright but not the service.We waited for some time before someone was attending us. We scrambled to place an order using their app while we waited at the table. Not the experience we are used to at B-Dubs, or is it just this location? Turns out its the latter.

Be careful with the Blazin! I enjoyed my meal though. Hahaha! My eyes started watering cause of the spice! ? My buddy at the bar was laughing at me. ??Overall great experience definitely will be back to build my spice tolerance.I love this location. I love the staff members! They are very friendly and kindhearted.

The service was awful! There was one person running the bar and entire restaurant. We was told to order our drinks thru a QR code and he will glycine back to us to order food! Never again will I take a group of 6 here again!

Food is never right. Took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Nobody ever came back for our food order. Thankfully we could scan the QR code to order. Never been to such a lacking restaurant

Consider visiting this establishment only if you are prepared to endure lengthy wait times of 45 minutes to an hour for your orders.The atmosphere was chaotic, with servers seemingly oblivious to customer needs, leaving empty tables unattended for extended periods.Even ordering through their website which was a disaster on its own, our food and drinks failed to arrive after a 40-minute wait, with no server checking in on us.I won't be revisiting this place and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

This place used to be a good place to order wings but I have consistently been disappointed with the quality and service over the past few years. My last pickup order was a few months ago so this review is a bit overdue. My last order, I arrived and I waited about 10 minutes. I expected the wings and fries would be fresh due to the wait but when I got home (I live about 2 minutes away) the fries and wings were not hot and tasted like they were cooked over an hour ago. Please fire the manager or please sell the franchise to someone that cares about food quality or service.

I frequently visiting this park west village buffalo wings and was disappointed with the overall experience. The main issues I encountered were:Delayed Service: I waited over 40 minutes for my scheduled pickup order, despite the restaurant not appearing to be particularly busy. The long wait time was frustrating and impacted my overall enjoyment.Lack of Assistance: When I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my order, there was no one available to assist me. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide any updates or information. This lack of customer service was quite disappointing.Also, they are not adding complete items as per my order. By default,they are missing to add vegetables and etc.@BW SUPPORT TEAM:Could someone assist us here. Please don't send us automated replay message. To fill a form.instead work with your store.And improve your service.

Unbelievable, wings cold (warmed up only on the outside, tods way overcooked, refill on the soda - nope. All together is saying to me „never come back“More than 10 tables were left with sill all of the used plates on the table. Other tables have never been cleaned. But the waiters take it slow & easy, they prefer to go back to the kitchen empty handed.
