Absolutely delicious food. Beef bulgogi fries were life changing- beef bulgogi topped on thick cut fries with jalapeno, grilled onions and cheese sauce- YUM💯Seoul box was another favorite with kimchi fried rice topped with beef bulgogi, gochujang sauce, kimchi, egg and so much more. I wouldn’t probably order the Tokyo Bowl again, the teriyaki chicken wasn’t that great. But everything else was so good, including the chicken dumplings!

Today rice is dry. It’s fifth or sixth time that we take food from this place and previously there were really great bowls with fresh ingredients. I hope it’s just some cooking issues. Highly recommend this place!

Bul Box is the perfect place for people that are looking for healthy, yet tasty food alternatives. The customer service is nice, and they are willing to answer any questions. The service is very quick, & the food is served both hot & fresh. Im not sure if it is still on the menu, but for salmon lovers I highly recommend the Carolina Box. My 2nd favorite is the Korean Banh Mi. If you enjoy chipotle & cava, and you're open to trying different cuisines, Bul Box is worth the try.

The biggest inconvenience is that the menu prices on offline(screenshot) are very outdated, meaning that the real store prices are 40/50% higher in the store(pictures) ðŸ«

We used to go to Durham location and loved food. But for this location, don’t even bother going! They flat-out refuse to let customers in at 7:45 PM, even though their sign clearly says they close at 8. The staff clearly starts shutting down well before then, acting like letting you in would be some huge inconvenience. It’s ridiculous. If they’re going to lock the doors early and milk the clock, they might as well change their hours to reflect when they actually stop working.

Aubry with Offline - Had been hearing about this place for a while and I’m SO sad I’m moving to Nashville soon (ahem, Bul box, please expand!) because I would be here all the time! These build it your way bowl spots are some of my favorite. So easy for a quick bite. They have great go-to bowls so you don’t have to think about it or you can completely customize yourself. Had the Seoul box and will definitely have again before I leave!! The kimchi and kimchi slaw was DELICIOUS!! Forgot to snap a pic before I demolished it.
Chipotle has competition. Great atmosphere, service & food. Friendly staff. I ordered a build your own box & it was delicious. First visit but I will return.

Be warned: their proteins are incredibly low quality, and they include ingredients they don't tell you about, including cilantro, which I and many others can't eat... portions are also small for the price, and the bowl ingredients that I did order were so-so at best... ended up throwing most if it away, and will not be returning.
UPDATE: Tried this place again 5 months after my original review... wish I hadn't. They again included cilantro despite me *stressing* I can't eat it, and the protein (chicken) was so low quality that it wasn't fit to be dog food... definitely done with this place.

I usually enjoy Bulbox, but there's a person there that throws your food in a bowl so fast there's no time to choose add-on's and no consideration for how the items are placed inside the bowl. They need better customer service.
