Heads up - you have to call and place your order before 1PM on the weekends for pickup later but OMG these bao are good! Order of 6 is less than $12 and they are big and fluffy so perfect for 2 people. We tried 1 of each kind and they couldn’t have been any better!

I’ve always wanted to try steamed buns. Randomly found this place last night. OMG is all I can say. These things are sooooo good. I will be back on the regular. I had the pork/cabbage steamed bun and the chicken and veggie pan friend.

Outstanding restaurant for a quick, delicious bite to eat. We went to the Buns Barn on a whim one day and it has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the Cary, NC area. The chicken cilantro wontons, xiaolongbao, and pork and veggie bao are amazing.
