Another terrible experience.slow very bad communication and appalling dirty uniforms. Manager stands around picking at her clothes doing nothing. No signage for no ketchup and no paper receipts at an airport! Avoid.

Food was as expected, but don't get in their way if it's closing time. We were one of the last two orders before closing. Food took a little longer than expected, and we felt extremely rushed. They were out of hot dog buns, so my wife's hot dog was on a hamburger bun. Not a horrible experience, but the employees made it less than enjoyable. Also, they were cursing to each other, which we could clearly hear.

I made a mistake in my order and forgot to take something off of my sandwich when I placed the order at the kiosk. Wasn’t expecting the worker to go off on an a profanity laced tirade in the kitchen clearly in earshot. It was one of the most unprofessional and unnecessary responses!

Horrible experience. Ordered a burger without bun and was overcharged $27 instead of $15, after much argument manager eventually took care of it. Bar tender is overwhelmed n makes mistakes. Cooks r there but always fooling around. Food is basic for the prices. Get food from outside, don’t eat here.

I was the first customer served when the store opened. How is my sandwich cold? Almost zero egg on an egg and cheese sandwich. Poor quality.

My order was taken incorrectly. I won't say the cashier's name but his listening skills is terrible.. Long post... So I ordered a cheeseburger, regular fries and a drink..... When my order came up it only had the cheeseburger in the bag.. So, I told the cook that my fries were not in the bag. Her response was if it's not on the receipt you didn't order it... I then said ma'am I ordered a regular order of fries.. Then she continues to say well it's not on the receipt. Then she says you want fries ok Theo, ring her up for an order of fries..... So he did.. I waited 8 additional mins .... Knowing I needed to hurry up because I didn't want to miss my flight...... So the fries came up .. instead of the cook going ahead and giving me my fries, she started bagging every order she had in front of her... So I said excuse me ma'am can you please go ahead and give me my fries. I don't want to miss my flight.... She said with a big nasty attitude I will in a minute.... Of course I was really pissed after her response..... I would have requested to speak to a supervisor but I did not have time.... Customer Service really sucks nowadays... SMH

For a fast food joint, it is quite slow. One burger and an order of fries took 20 minutes. Taste of food is acceptable.

Ordering tablet does not allow for modifications, cashier has ZERO interest in taking your order.They keep sending people to the tablet or the bar, but the bar is full.
