OMG - ordered a egg & cheese sandwich
It was disgusting,,,has to take it back for a replacement - learned my lesson

I was the first customer served when the store opened. How is my sandwich cold? Almost zero egg on an egg and cheese sandwich. Poor quality.
Bland, unseasoned and tasteless burger. Unsalted fries. Dirty tables.
My order was taken incorrectly. I won't say the cashier's name but his listening skills is terrible.. Long post... So I ordered a cheeseburger, regular fries and a drink..... When my order came up it only had the cheeseburger in the bag.. So, I told the cook that my fries were not in the bag. Her response was if it's not on the receipt you didn't order it... I then said ma'am I ordered a regular order of fries.. Then she continues to say well it's not on the receipt. Then she says you want fries ok Theo, ring her up for an order of fries..... So he did.. I waited 8 additional mins .... Knowing I needed to hurry up because I didn't want to miss my flight...... So the fries came up .. instead of the cook going ahead and giving me my fries, she started bagging every order she had in front of her... So I said excuse me ma'am can you please go ahead and give me my fries. I don't want to miss my flight.... She said with a big nasty attitude I will in a minute.... Of course I was really pissed after her response..... I would have requested to speak to a supervisor but I did not have time.... Customer Service really sucks nowadays... SMH
For a fast food joint, it is quite slow. One burger and an order of fries took 20 minutes. Taste of food is acceptable.
Ordering tablet does not allow for modifications, cashier has ZERO interest in taking your order.They keep sending people to the tablet or the bar, but the bar is full.
One of the cooks was very rude (I looked her in the eye and politely asked the status of my order because they were just standing back there taking and it had been a while but she completely ignored me and gave me a very angry look) but the young man making out the orders was very nice! And l
Customer service is horrible. The bartender waited on other people and completely ignored me. The both drink machines didn't work at all.
Recently ate here while waiting for a flight. The regular menu and breakfast items were being offered at the same time. It was just before 7:30 am, and I'm not really a breakfast food person, so I ordered a hot dog and fries. I was trying to figure out how to use the kiosk at first when a lady cheerfully offered to take my order at the counter. She took my order quickly, correctly, and politely. Shout out to Miss Becky at the counter. She was fantastic! The restaurant was practically empty at that hour, so I was able to land a spacious booth seat over in the corner. The tabletop wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean either. Looked as if there were some clear sticky stains in areas. Avoided those and sat down to enjoy what I thought would be a hot meal. My hot dog only had mustard on it, and it was great. Slightly charred and juicy; no complaints there. What I could not figure out for the life of me, though, is why my fries were cold. Like...it's 7:30 in the morning. I didn't think I needed to specify "hot fries" when you practically just opened for the day. Geesh! Next time, I'll just stick to the cold cut sandwich and chips I normally opt for when traveling in airports. At least that way, there won't be any surprises or cold food that's supposed to be hot.

For anyone in Corporate, Randel at the Burgerfi and Jason’s deli kiosk is a leader! He was a mainstay on the cook line but in the time of need stepped up to support a full bar of patrons. On the fly, he learned how to pour beer, helped out the orders, cleaned, and engaged customers with a full list of orders to also attend to. Kudos to Randel he makes this place function at 100%.

No registers open, have to order from a kiosk (instead of under the ORDER sign). After waiting a few minutes an employee said “are you waiting to order?” And directed us to the kiosk. Food was fine but I understand their low score.

Around 7:22am my experience was the worse. It has definitely gotten worse over the past months with the new workers. As someone who has been working at the airport 6 years. I no longer feel a welcoming environment. The workers are very inconsiderate and rude.
Can’t order a burger without cheese since you order from a machine and it doesn’t have the option…. I’m allergic so apparently I can’t eat here because they don’t know how to make a burger without cheese lol. At least Whiskey River is by D14
