Recently ate here while waiting for a flight. The regular menu and breakfast items were being offered at the same time. It was just before 7:30 am, and I'm not really a breakfast food person, so I ordered a hot dog and fries. I was trying to figure out how to use the kiosk at first when a lady cheerfully offered to take my order at the counter. She took my order quickly, correctly, and politely. Shout out to Miss Becky at the counter. She was fantastic! The restaurant was practically empty at that hour, so I was able to land a spacious booth seat over in the corner. The tabletop wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean either. Looked as if there were some clear sticky stains in areas. Avoided those and sat down to enjoy what I thought would be a hot meal. My hot dog only had mustard on it, and it was great. Slightly charred and juicy; no complaints there. What I could not figure out for the life of me, though, is why my fries were cold. Like...it's 7:30 in the morning. I didn't think I needed to specify "hot fries" when you practically just opened for the day. Geesh! Next time, I'll just stick to the cold cut sandwich and chips I normally opt for when traveling in airports. At least that way, there won't be any surprises or cold food that's supposed to be hot.

For anyone in Corporate, Randel at the Burgerfi and Jason’s deli kiosk is a leader! He was a mainstay on the cook line but in the time of need stepped up to support a full bar of patrons. On the fly, he learned how to pour beer, helped out the orders, cleaned, and engaged customers with a full list of orders to also attend to. Kudos to Randel he makes this place function at 100%.

No registers open, have to order from a kiosk (instead of under the ORDER sign). After waiting a few minutes an employee said “are you waiting to order?” And directed us to the kiosk. Food was fine but I understand their low score.

Around 7:22am my experience was the worse. It has definitely gotten worse over the past months with the new workers. As someone who has been working at the airport 6 years. I no longer feel a welcoming environment. The workers are very inconsiderate and rude.
Can’t order a burger without cheese since you order from a machine and it doesn’t have the option…. I’m allergic so apparently I can’t eat here because they don’t know how to make a burger without cheese lol. At least Whiskey River is by D14

Visit the Burgerfi in Cary NC the food was just disappointing. I am usually a fan but this time it was horrible. Had to be the cooks and the food was cold.

Skip this one if you can. Food is not great and they are extremely rude. Soda syrup was out, asked them if they could fix it. The manager just waved me over to try a different machine. That one just violently sprayed everywhere including on my sweater and bag. I came back over to the counter to ask for a refund, put my cup on the counter to start to find a napkin and clean myself up, and the manager YELLED at me in front of an entire crowd of people for “putting a cup on his counter” which was supposedly evidence of me “giving him attitude.” Excuse me, I’m not allowed to set things down on the counter I paid $20 to order from??? He identified himself as “Darius” whether that is his name or not. They probably can’t do much about the quality of the bland frozen food, but they could stand to work on their customer service, maybe starting by employing fewer hotheads here.

Stop for dinner on Sunday evening, Food is decent, easy to order and they are calling when it’s ready. Floor is so dirty, sticky and wet not one cleaned and there is no sign for wet floor
