All burgers are not created equal. The RDU location is in an ideal spot if you need a quick bite before a flight. The problem was the burger, very chewy as extra well done in some places. I did not finish the burger and I was starving. The fries were good but next time I’ll try another place or eat before I arrive. Burger? 1 star. Fries? 3 stars. Average score of 2 stars. All-in costs was $22 bucks—yikes.

What a complete joke... my daughter and I were starving and were actually excited to eat here. However when we walked up to the counter the girl Working was immediately nasty and rude and hateful.. before we even had a chance to order. I'm not sure why a person of that "Mentality" or caliber would choose customer service or food service when she obviously hates her life and wants everybody else to be just as miserable. We would starve before we paid for food and let her handle a meal. The place was clean but the female employee with braids working this morning is running all the customers off.

The only option was to order from the Kiosk. Zero customer service, no interactions with staff. And they left out a fry. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the owner of this Burger Fi should know how awful the experience is. There is no reason that a register shouldn’t be open at 4:30pm.

The only reason they are still in business is because they are at the airport.

Whoever this Black woman is working behind the bar has a very nasty attitude!! I came to the register after ordering at the kiosk because there was no option to add onions on my hot dog. And she screamed YEEEES at me w/ a disgusting attitude . The gentleman came to register to help me. I told him about the onions and she proceeded w/ her attitude, rolling her eyes and head! I frequent this place often since I work in the airport but this might be my last time here. The nastiness is uncalled for. It is 3:40pm 2/25. Give your workers some customer service training ‼️‼️‼️

$9 for a tiny sandwich with barely one strip of bacon ($3 extra) and non-melted cheese. This is my first and last Burgerfi. Popeyes next time fo sure.

It was not a good experience. I got a burger with bacon jam, sauce, and mayo. None of that was on there. It was extra long wait and they screwed up my burger and forgot my fries. They didn't put stuff on the burger I got charged for.

Similar to Burger King, but less angus “beefy” like. I ordered the Beyond Burger and a 1L water bottle for $18. The burger was tasteful and a tad messy but the beef seemed a bit more artificial (I did order it with everything on it so don’t knock it). It’s a good spot to sit and chill for a bit. Wasn’t a bad spot to try out.

My experience was different from many. Quick service, good veggie burger with fresh lettuce and tomato, and nice staff.

The manager was nice but failed to handle a simple meal voucher payment. Tried 4 times and couldn’t get it right and I just didn’t have the time to waste. The food is good but that was like watching the cowboys play, pathetic. Perhaps train the managers and employees on handling the meal vouchers properly.

The bartender is incredibly unfriendly and rude. Good luck! Burger was good.

Raleigh Durham Airport needs to do a lot better. While recently traveling I had to eat at BurgerFi because there were basically no other options open. I used to enjoy BurgerFi at the Arboretum occasionally, but this experience was thoroughly disappointing. I ordered a lettuce wrap, bacon double cheeseburger. There was no bacon, the lettuce was soggy ( had to pay about two dollars extra for it), and the worst part.... The actual burger. If it's in your name, I should hope you would do it well. These patties were rubbery and filled with ground up gristle. If I wasn't starving andLettuce Wrap Burgers about to jump on a flight, I don't think I would've been able to eat it.

First experience here and I was really surprised. Service was AMAZING! Not exactly what you’d expect being it’s in an airport. Food was great. Bartender Mercedes was AWESOME! Total staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for sure.
