Flight was cancelled last minute, like 2 hours before and rebooking was filled. So the next plane was leaving the next morning, which was as a no go because we need to be in The Bahamas TODAY!!! I arrived early to pick up my daughter on a flight from LAX, thinking I would have time to browse in the shops right off the main area. But, much to my disappointment the shops were gone - permanently I think since the space seemed to have been converted into part of the boarding area. one of my favorite airports honestly. its too cute & small. TSA is a breeze. takes about 6 mins 4 if ur Pre-Check. not too many restaurants and shopping but in my opinion it isn't needed if u have a short flight. North Carolina has amazing food so just bring it back. For the Starbucks lovers, this airport has 2. a huge one before security and a smaller one pass security.
