I decided to try CAVA again after having a bad experience last year and the employees blew my apprehensions about coming back out of the water.
The line was long (lunch hour) but the workers had a positive attitude and greeted each guest as they walked up to the counter to order. They really listened to each guest as they ordered to ensure accuracy when making the orders and communicated with each other to ensure understanding.

I love Cava anyway, but today I learned they give a 50% military discount!! I walked in and there were 6 uniformed military guys in line so I went to the cashier to buy their lunches and was shocked at the low total. Then Kai, told me that Cava gives a 50% Discount for military!
So I paid for their lunches the went to order my own and when I got the the register, Kai COMPED my lunch!! 😭💕 That was totally unnecessary and wonderfully kind. Thank you CAVA for taking such...read full review
I drove over 30 mins to get CAVA for lunch one Saturday. The customer service was one of a kinds and the best I had in a long time. The cashier made the drive worth it.
