Staff are helpful if youve never been here before and will help you pick a good bowl out. Def reccomend this over your usual fast casual dining, healthier and honestly tastes better. Their drinks slap too

This location was recommended by a friend. We were meeting for lunch and it was my first time at a Cava restaurant. I chose not to eat here because the food service area was in disarray, unclean, and downright messy. A definite turn-off.

I love CAVA. Usually the food is fresh and delicious, the staff are very friendly and the location is clean. There were 2 big issues: the rice was not being checked and had dried out and was hard, which really affected the overall meal. That told me how much attention the staff were paying to quality. Secondly, even though there were only 3 tables occupied and very few customers, the restaurant was very dirty and unkempt. The utensils had run out so I took them from the to-go area. The drink dispenser area was messy. The trash was overflowing and flies were coming out of it and all over the restaurant. The tables and floor had not been cleaned. Music was loud. I brought a friend to CAVA for her first time, and this was what we experienced for a meal costing almost $40. I was bummed. I will avoid this location.

This was my first time ordering cava, and it was an amazing experience that definitely made me want to come back. All of the servers were kind and helpful, but one that really stood out was Emmanuel. He was very kind and patient, and resolved any confusion I had about ordering. Overall, I had a great experience with the food and service. Will be coming back!

So I would like to say this was by far the Best Cava location I have went to.. The food was a 10 out of 10. Well seasoned and the food was not dry at the bar. The staff there are so polite and customer service oriented.. And they Greeted me with a smile.. which for me, for me is a plus, when someone is dishing out my food.. With being said, I’d like to give a huge shout out to Korey. For all of thee above. My food was soooooo good and the care and kindness he gave, made me order another bowl for my husband for dinner tonight. I really just wanted my husband to taste and experience what I had at this location. Oh and there was another staff, older black lady, my apologies I didn’t get her name. She was supper nice and friendly as well.. Oh and one more thing, I promise. lol. The place was very clean, you can tell they really pride themselves in cleanliness. Which is another plus’s.. So I gave them 2 pluses, so far we can say this place is an A++ to eat here.

Their food is usually good but I'm not the biggest fan of this particular location. There have been 2 times I've gone and have been unsatisfied by their service (ran out of a lot of their stuff but I probably just go in too late—1hr before they close) so I will stick with the one in Chapel Hill.

So dirty. Just take a look around at the windows and doors, the ground, the utensils area and the walls, it’s just not well kept. The lighting is atrocious, feels like your event interrogating. The food is never on time, even ordering ahead it takes 20m minimum.

Been going here for quite some time, but over the last 2 month the quality has seriously degraded. I always order the falafel crunch - the falafel is either undercooked or overcooked, the lentils are raw (or half boiled). Very disappointing to see a good go to spot becoming subpar
My husband and I are here for the first time ever a few days ago. We went through line smoothly, the team explained the process, and we were checked out by Korey. He was so kind and respectful to us and the food was amazing! We will be back soon 😊
