I don't get the draw of char grill. Many other options that are much better.

RDU Airport by gate A5- Single char burger with cheese, chili, tomato, jalapeño, grilled onions, and pickle. Side of good fries- order ranch for them. They grilled my burger and onions to order!

The food itself is not bad but the staff is quite unfriendly. The lady behind the counter kept staring at me rudely and the prices are definitely up there, as expected.

You have to be crazy to call these good. This is the problem when there is so many people that don’t know how to cook and make a good burger that no one knows what a good burger is since they are fed crap like this all the time. They show a burger with cheese but cheese is extra lol. Don’t know why the buns are cold. Just a really low quality burger

Incorrect hours and just bad experience

Prices are absolutely outrageous, portions smaller, and they forgot half our food. Not the same as char grill anywhere outside the airport

Complete waste of time to go in here if you want rude people and no one liking their job and dirty tables everywhere come here. Food was ehh ok the place wasn’t even that busy the cashier she was a delight we walk up she continued on her phone and just ignored us. Until we said that a double combo. Went looked at receipt it wasn’t her name on it it was a Joseph who I am guessing was the one in a black shirt letting employees be rude to customers. first and last experience with this place.

Char-grill is a NC chain and there are only a few in the triangle but there should be more. This was my first time at this location in RDU. Aside from the airport prices which are the norm at any airport, this restaurant was great. The food here was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my double cheeseburger combo meal. They carry Cheerwine soda, another delicious NC specialty and my favorite. The grill guy was super nice, and cashier knew her stuff. Dining area and tables were clean.
