I ate chicken and they grill it deliciously and the fries seemed like they would never run out. The staff was very friendly.

made to order Airport Burger, hot and delicious. steak beef cooked to perfection. i enjoyed the double-char cheeseburger with a side of fries. fries were made fresh, thick cut and not overly salted. service was great, staff and restaurant operated with clean appearance and practice. i'd eat there again

A North Carolina institution especially if you live in the Triangle. The food is every bit as good as the brick and mortal locations but of course you’re paying airport prices. Either way, the service is universally good with friendly locals who always seem to brighten up my day after a difficult trip.

Highlight: after ordering, my food was delivered within 5 minutes. 5 stars Staff: Employee taking my order was blunt, but competent at her job and even gave me recommendations for drinks that weren't on the menu. Ordering process was quick and easy. Keep an eye on your meal as they're preparing it, I had to stop them from putting all the toppings on my burger. 3 stars. Food: No many food options here in North Carolina airport.. this food was okay, not great, but not bad. Fries had no flavor and the burger was dry. Traveling all day for work, I'm just happy to get some food between flights. 2 stars. Ambiance: This restaurant has many seats to sit and eat. I hear no music playing, just the sounds of surrounding conversations. 3 stars Conclusion: This is a good place to eat if you're short on time. Food was okay. Seating is okay. Overall (5+3+2+3)/4= 3.25 stars

First time at Char Grill. Got a char-burger and a hamburger steak. The char-burger was tasty but small...go with the hamburger steak sandwich.

Walked the length of T-1 at RDU for quick breakfast with no luck. Either their ovens were down or they only serve coffee. Then I stumbled on this Char-Grill. Now mind you, burrito is not my top choice of food. But the attendants (Margret) was just absolutely friendly and kind.I had forgotten my phone there, the second attendant (didn’t get her name) searched for me until she found me. That is an Extra mile service.
