The restaurant was very empty the booths where you sit down or dirty I had to move to a different booth. My daughter's food came out with a hair on her plate and it was neither of our hair. 🤮🤢😳😬

Awesome location for a traveler like me. Bri was my attendant and she is extremely professional. She completed my trip while I was visiting NC making me feel welcome. The food is great and location is wonderful. Thank you NC for taking care of me at Chills.

This is my favorite Chili’s to eat at in the Raleigh area. Quick, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. Server was attentive and fun, the food was hot and delicious, and I was more than happy with my meal and the atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

Stopped on for dinner because I didn't feel like cooking. I asked the staff to recommend the burger that was better between the QP and the Smash. I left with the QP meal which was also on special. This was well cooked and prepared.

This Chilis has overall been decent. But my last takeout order really disappointed me. My order was missing my salad dressing, my drink, and put tomato on my side salad despite my asking for them to be removed. If it was only one of these three things, I wouldn't be writing this. But I was extremely disappointed in this last order!

They don't seal to-go orders for food that is being picked up by a delivery courier.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had. The service was rude and unwelcoming--the waiter acted like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude when we asked about the menu. The food was just okay, nothing special. I won’t be returning.

Literally seated us and forgot about us. But seated two other tables that got great service. Never got to try the food. Was out on date. Thanks for ruining it.

Came here for burgers and was pleasantly surprised- burgers were delicious and the fries were amazing! Staff was super nice and the value and quality of the meal inspired me to write this review. Will definitely be back— Thank you team!

This place had great food but our waiter never really checked on us after she took the order. I would say not the best service.

Little bit of a wait, and they didn't have the wicked sticks or served in a martini, so that experience was mehh on wicked opening weekend. Other than that the food and service was good, server was a bit slow getting us our refills and ticket so we paid on the tablet but nothing was separated so that was a struggle.
