I opened this store 11 years ago and I was so surprised when I brought my family to see the newest state of the art chillis ? it was a horrible experience on a Friday night 1 bartender 2 servers and a person training with a server. 1 blonde lady manager bussing tables and stood around in a daze why the bartender had a full bar and full section and the middle section....no one helped her, they stood by the koisk laughing and playing ...no refills... we got sat immediately, but there was no service from the bartender because she was busy running the whole restaurant 15 minutes get my order. The food came 15 min later, thank God. The restaurant was dirty, and the outside patio we fought so hard for looked like it was closed indefinitely. Yall broke ? my heart. There was no teamwork and not fair for the bartender to have such a big section with out any help ?

A large group of us came here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. The atmosphere was calm and fairly quiet over lunch and it seemed nice and clean. I was ordering something healthy for a change and got the Margarine Grilled Chicken. It was surprisingly good. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a healthy option.

Whew! I don’t who the punched is today but this is by far one of the greatest burgers I have EVER tasted in my life!! Omg! Please give today’s chef some praise because my food was exceptional.

Walked in at 10:20pm on a Friday night and was greeted by the host who was pleasant and welcoming. While he spoke to us the bartender yelled and said “I don’t know the kitchen closes in 10 minutes anyway”. We immediately said never mind and our host did try to ask us to stay but we decided to leave due to the bar tenders behavior and rudeness.

Real poor waitstaff service and the place was very quiet. Asked for apps first and the brought everything together. Got one cocktail at the table and they never came back. Only saw our waitress when she took water. Won't be back.

It's a disgusting disgrace and I have video proof of black mold and vegetation growing on the floors of the cooking areaIf you eat here you will get sick for sure absolutely disgusting ?

You specifically ask for wings sautéed in mild sauce they leave sauce off making the wings gross!Unfortunantely the people cooking Don want the clients satisfied. Owners may need to be careful who they hire.People with cut fingers should not serve you drinks with bandage on.. Need to berespectful of customers and wear gloves. Food tasted like someone sloppy made it.

They have more than enough seating. The wait staff can sometime be a little bit overwhelmed. Food was good. Make sure not to go at peak times for the best experience.

Tevin is the best server we have ever had. Tevin isn't the hero that Chili's asked for but the hero they need. He is tall, dark, and handsome and he wears the hero cape like the man he is. Chili's doesn't deserve Tevin. Only request Tevin when you visit.#
