Head and shoulders the dirtiest mismanaged mess of a restaurant I’ve seen. This is long time problem at this location. Shut it down, fire and rehire a new staff. Unbelievable.

It seems like the young workers are just doing what they’re told, but the older worker (I’m assuming it was the manager) is absolutely micromanaging the younger workers. They were giving me as little food as possible then charged me double meat when I asked for a little more and they didn’t even get me a little more! The manager said loudly after one lil scoop that “that’s almost double right there!” No it’s not sir! I was charged for double meat, so I had to go back and told them to charge me the right amount. How is it that the manager is stingy with food and trying to take more? He also had a few negative words to say about how the workers work in front of customers and his employees, how degrading and embarrassing! So rude to customers!! It seems like the young workers are the only ones who cared about the customers as I saw them doing their best and interacting with people. The manager wouldn’t even look me in my face! The reason why this establishment gets so many low reviews is because management obviously sucks! I will not be coming back to this location.

The end times must be near because I was told extra rice is an additional cost now. Anyways, this location is always running out of things and the store is always a mess. It’s getting to that point where a free entree won’t be enough for me to step inside.

I went in tonight around 8:00 pm for dinner. When I arrived, they were extremely busy and had a dining room full of people waiting. However, the manager (I assume because he was wearing a chef style shirt) was on the line working. He took my order and despite being busy and under duress was beyond polite and helpful. He took my order, still said thank you and still was friendly. I applaud him and his team. When I arrived at the cash register, he too was friendly despite being overwhelmed. I am going to have to remember to go to this location more often because of this.

During lunch hour I know it’s a rush, I know trucks not making deliveries on time is exhausting & not having certain food items can be a thing. My issue isn’t those things but how it was handled. I’ve worked at plenty locations before and know these things: 1) Always have a smile & 2) If we’re out of anything the first person is to let you know prior to ordering or have signage up letting customers know what they’re out of things. I let the manager know this wasn’t a good experience here & no one could even smile at me. His response was that everybody has bad days, which I 100% get. However, I’m left to assume my customer experience is not a priority here so I won’t be returning here.
Update (20 minutes later): I did have to throw my bowl away. I got a chicken bowl & kept pulling things out of my mouth because I couldn’t chew it. I unfortunately have to return to this location.

Be careful ordering from this store. I ordered 3 quesadillas. The quesadillas aren’t filled with cheese or even melted. They sprinkled some in the middle and folded over the empty tortilla. The store didn’t even include all the dressings.

I love chipotle in-fact this is my and my friends go to chipotle we go atleast once a month! But so many times there is no space to sit and eat it’s always so dirty!! Unfortunately to not be mean we gotta clean it ourselves before sitting there and eating! Please hire someone to clean the tables usually after someone leaves cause there is also lot of customers who makes a mess and leaves it there for others to clean after them!

Abby the manager on duty was so unfriendly, she is not a person that should be in management! She was throwing around bowls like she had an attitude with every customer that asked for food. In fact, I asked Abby was she OK because she had an attitude, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, left my food and told somebody else to prepare it. We arrived at chipotle at 8:30. We did not get served until nine because we had to wait on chicken and for whatever reason Abby was mad about that. I called the general manager. And I’m also going to go over him. She is not a person I recommend to be a management.

Not good!! 3pm in the afternoon and they are out of rice and chicken.... And there was food all over the floor. Dirty. Meanwhile, the staff is in the back talking and joking around and laughing it all up. Incomprehensible.

Am food lover of chipotle, every weekend will eat it, but this location food worst quality. First am feeling bad about it.
Avocado paste is too salty chicken is full of smoke smell, I thrown it to directly to trash very much disappointed. Guacamole is too worst.

The lady was serving half a spoon of food, couldn’t hear well, and made me repeat what I wanted several times. The cashier lady had a bad attitude for no reason and also made us repeat things. The restaurant was dirty, and the work environment was terrible.

We usually get chipotle once a month or more… yesterday I picked up dinner -2 chicken bowls and they tasted awful. Seems like no flavor in the beans, rice or chicken….the pico de gallo seems as though it was made in a hurry with zero spices and cilantro….what happened?? New chef? We are so disappointed…
