Tom was very nasty at this location today. I placed a mobile order for a double high protein bowl (a pre-made selection on the site that i always get) and sat in. My first bite, i noticed the rice was hard and grainy & that i had diced tomatoes in the bowl. It usually comes with a spicy tomato sauce, not diced tomatoes. Tom did not apologize for the mistake and argued with me about the rice not being hard and even took a spoon full out of my bowl and said “its tastes fine”. I said well its hard to me and i come here all of the time and its never grainy like this. He then proceeded to make my bowl with an attitude & put the diced tomatoes in the bowl AGAIN…i asked him again to take the diced tomatoes off and put the salsa on it that usually comes on it. He said “so you want me to make it again” and then slammed the bowl in the trash…i then said if its such a problem for you to remake the order then refund me and told him he has poor customer service and that i will be reporting him to corporate. He laughed and said thats fine, the holidays always bring the worst people. I said my holiday was fine youre just mad because you dont know how to make a order correctly…he responded you dont know how to order..i responded i live down the street and come here weekly and never had an issue…he then said “next time reach out to customer support for help ordering and then apologized to the customers behind me.

Love Chipotle especially if it's fresh

Might be the most poorly run, disorganized chipotle ever. Have been only a couple times months apart and the service is so slow. Had to wait nearly an hour for a mobile order, and the staff just seems to lack common sense. I'd take the trip 15 minutes down the road to avoid using this particular franchise.

Just had the worst order of chipotle I’ve ever had in 20 years of going to the restaurant. Literally got two Carnitas bowls that included almost no meat, and the meat that did come was the single biggest piece of fat I’ve ever seen in my life. It almost seemed intentional how bad it was. So incredibly disappointing and don’t think I’ll visit this location ever again.

I don’t ever post these, but this is the FOURTH time I’ve come in and they’ve been out of steak. When I ask how long- I simply get a shrug and that it. Once is understandable, twice is annoying but this is ridiculous.

Place was dirty. Like nothing clean. Food was the worse I had at a Chipotle. White rice was very very salted. I asked for a replacement it was the same. Then a lady said its the same batch at this point it will all be like this. When a customer says rice is very salted they should check and throw it away and make a new one. Chips were very salty as well. Someone had an issue with salt. The food counter area was very dirty as well. Bad experience

Head and shoulders the dirtiest mismanaged mess of a restaurant I’ve seen. This is long time problem at this location. Shut it down, fire and rehire a new staff. Unbelievable.

It seems like the young workers are just doing what they’re told, but the older worker (I’m assuming it was the manager) is absolutely micromanaging the younger workers. They were giving me as little food as possible then charged me double meat when I asked for a little more and they didn’t even get me a little more! The manager said loudly after one lil scoop that “that’s almost double right there!” No it’s not sir! I was charged for double meat, so I had to go back and told them to charge me the right amount. How is it that the manager is stingy with food and trying to take more? He also had a few negative words to say about how the workers work in front of customers and his employees, how degrading and embarrassing! So rude to customers!! It seems like the young workers are the only ones who cared about the customers as I saw them doing their best and interacting with people. The manager wouldn’t even look me in my face! The reason why this establishment gets so many low reviews is because management obviously sucks! I will not be coming back to this location.

The end times must be near because I was told extra rice is an additional cost now. Anyways, this location is always running out of things and the store is always a mess. It’s getting to that point where a free entree won’t be enough for me to step inside.

I went in tonight around 8:00 pm for dinner. When I arrived, they were extremely busy and had a dining room full of people waiting. However, the manager (I assume because he was wearing a chef style shirt) was on the line working. He took my order and despite being busy and under duress was beyond polite and helpful. He took my order, still said thank you and still was friendly. I applaud him and his team. When I arrived at the cash register, he too was friendly despite being overwhelmed. I am going to have to remember to go to this location more often because of this.

During lunch hour I know it’s a rush, I know trucks not making deliveries on time is exhausting & not having certain food items can be a thing. My issue isn’t those things but how it was handled. I’ve worked at plenty locations before and know these things: 1) Always have a smile & 2) If we’re out of anything the first person is to let you know prior to ordering or have signage up letting customers know what they’re out of things. I let the manager know this wasn’t a good experience here & no one could even smile at me. His response was that everybody has bad days, which I 100% get. However, I’m left to assume my customer experience is not a priority here so I won’t be returning here.

Update (20 minutes later): I did have to throw my bowl away. I got a chicken bowl & kept pulling things out of my mouth because I couldn’t chew it. I unfortunately have to return to this location.
