Am food lover of chipotle, every weekend will eat it, but this location food worst quality. First am feeling bad about it.

Avocado paste is too salty chicken is full of smoke smell, I thrown it to directly to trash very much disappointed. Guacamole is too worst.

The lady was serving half a spoon of food, couldn’t hear well, and made me repeat what I wanted several times. The cashier lady had a bad attitude for no reason and also made us repeat things. The restaurant was dirty, and the work environment was terrible.

We usually get chipotle once a month or more… yesterday I picked up dinner -2 chicken bowls and they tasted awful. Seems like no flavor in the beans, rice or chicken….the pico de gallo seems as though it was made in a hurry with zero spices and cilantro….what happened?? New chef? We are so disappointed…

The worst service every time I go. They give very little food and have an attitude while doing it. Every time I get my order from Door Dash, it is wrong. They refuse to grill vegetables 2 hours before closing if they are running low. I eat here probably 3 times a week and have to do so knowing I have to strongly advocate for myself to get a good order and portion size.

Quality and quantity not to the satisfaction. Have been eating at Chipotle for more than 20 years. Always my favorite. Price has increased, quantity has reduced!!!. Especially at this branch. Got a burrito in person and the tortilla was so raw and chewy. The previous time it was stale for a to go order. Chicken was cold and so little because they were running out!!!! At 7pm!!! PORTIONS ARE LESS AFTER PRICE INCREASE. NOT FAIR.

Worst portions I’ve ever seen. I usually love chipotle and could eat it every day but this place single handedly made me not want to go anymore. I would recommend the CAVA right across the street, better portions for better pricing as well.

Lady taking the orders around 1:30pm on Thursday is terrible. Doesn’t listen/understand you. Bowl sizes were good for a while and now they suck again. Go literally anywhere else

Staff is terrible. The lady making the bowl didn’t understand I wanted a half scoop of chicken and half of steak. She said I can only do double meat.

She also wouldn’t give me a second scoop of corn. I’m not sure if she didn’t understand English fully but it was terrible service. Make the extra drive a little further to one of the other locations if you want your custom made bowl actually custom made.

Im not usually one to complain about the bowl sizes, i don’t need it to be all the way full to the top but the bowl they gave me was so small it was like two inches from either side of the bowl, they gave me like two spoonfuls of rice and the last couple shreds of barbacoa and maybe 20 beans or so

The guy seemed in a rush and barely scooped each ingredient, they seem to care more about not having to refill the containers than they do making the food

The whole bowl like less than 10 spoonfuls worth of food

App wasn’t working for payments, there’s a promo for free queso online but you can’t order online. I told this to the employee, they charged me full price. I told her about the online promo but she wouldn’t apply it given the circumstances. I got half scoops as they were running low and called for replacements for rice, beans and chicken while I made my bowl. I just shook my bowl and it almost fell out of my hands it’s so light. Normally, the contents barely have room to move when I shake the bowl. Extremely hesitant to go back. #dobetterchipotle

I’m seriously disappointed with this Chipotle. I just paid full price for what was basically half a portion—a measly 14 ounces! It’s ridiculous how they keep shrinking portions while prices stay the same (or even go up). If I’m paying for a full bowl, I expect a full bowl, not something that looks like they ran out of ingredients.

I got the bowl home and took it out of the bag it felt lighter than normal, very light! I could hear the contents rolling around inside! I thought to myself this isn’t going to go well! I opened the bowl and this is what I saw! The bowl has only three things in it that I ordered queso that is dry, black beans, and maybe barbacoa, could be something else!
I ordered guacamole, brown rice, fajitas, black beans, barbacoa, medium corn, medium green, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, queso! The rice wasn’t even brown rice. It looks like someone already ate a lot of the contents and I got the rest. $16.84
