the hijabi girl with glasses is rude and a blatant liar please fire her ? she was rude at first and i tried to use my gift card that i’ve used multiple times and she lied and said it wasn’t activated. please fire her she’s rude and lazy?

one of the worst chipotles ive been too. Insanely hit or miss, stale food, i never see them cooking anything up, even on slow days no line the pots are damn near empty.. but what is consistent is the lack of portions they serve lmao. i can count the amount of beans they give you on one hand, and a double scoop of anything is the same as a single anywhere else. I think my bowl is probably 90% sour cream. Location is so prime considering the amount of housing and workplaces near by but thats about the only good thing this place has.. Disappointing.. Not coming back after wasting 5 trips here hoping it was a fluke

Maybe it's me. I can't seem to get my order made the way I requested. No lettuce means no lettuce. Instead of making another, you picked the lettuce out and still had lettuce in it. Your mini cooler was not filled, so you only had a select choice of specialty drinks, to which I normally buy 2. This is another location with the same nonchalant customer service as the one off of 15-501.

I'M NOT ONE OF WRITING DESPECTIVE OPINIONS BUT I'M ACTUALLY VERY ANNOYED ? I just bought food at this place and it was extremely disappointing starting with the cleanliness of the place, it was horrible, there was a lot of garbage lying on the floor, the food they placed in my bowl was old. The tomato was not fresh, apparently for several days, I could even count the pieces of meat that were placed in my meal, they were very few, the portions were too small compared to other Chipotle establishments. I was very dissatisfied with my order. I will never return to this place. It is too unpleasant. I add that the hygiene of the bathroom was another uncomfortable thing. There is no such thing as sanitation in this place!

Stale chips and salsa at $3? Soggy tacos overloaded with wet ingredients that cant work for to go orders. Flavorless carnitas. Chicken El Pastor was decent in taste and texture. A huge disappointment 3 times in a row now. One time fine. 3 times in a row your store has issues. Ignore this location. It is so busy you spend your entire lunch hour in line. Order online you say? Why bother with online ordering? It still took 25 minutes to eat soggy food in the car as there is very limited seating inside a filthy lobby so they can make room for the long lines. Staff is beyond annoyed they have to work.
Delicious food with a convenient location and excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Despite this, I’m giving it 4 stars.

When I asked for a chicken burrito the man working there said there was no chicken, yet I saw the chicken right in front of me. I went with two friends and they both ordered off the app and were able to get chicken. I settled for a steak and when I got the burrito it was terribly wrapped and fell apart instantly, not to mention all the protein was in one area. There was also loud drilling going on the whole time while I was trying to enjoy my subpar meal which didn’t bother me too much but I just wanted to mention it. Normally I love chipotle and go about 1-2 times per week at a different location, but this experience was just horrible.

Food is usually good but this evening I was there 2 hours before closing. Only one server was preparing the meals while a young lady at the register was mostly watching. After waiting 15 min for 5 customers ahead of me, when it was my turn they had run out of both brown rice and white rice. A manager should have placed a sign up saying they were running out. They didn't even say they were making more. Me and other customers in line behind left. No respect for customers and bad management this evening.
