Placed a phone order because the meal wasn't on their website. It was on doordash. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the person on the phone and still got it wrong. Asked for sugar ham received the country ham and it was missing the strawberry syrup. Couldn't even finish the ham, it was too salty for me.

I have loved Cracker Barrel for many years. We have celebrated many family occasions there. The service was absolutely awesome yesterday but the food was terrible. The biscuits were burned on the bottom, the pancakes had an old grease taste to them. Not good at all. They had a bitter taste. Too many corners are being cut on food quality. Please, please turn this around. Focus on quality of food. I keep going back thinking it will be better but it seems to be getting worse. I think I’m done

The food was great as usual however, our service was the poorest display or service I have ever seen. Let me set the stage....in our waitresses section, there were 4 tables being used one was us and another was a pair that sat down at the same time. We waited 10 or 15 minutes to even give our drink order. Once given, we waited about that time for drinks, which she spilled on the way to us. We ordered at the exact same time as another table and they got food 20 mins before us. We received no update as why the delay. When we finally got our food, no napkins and no she couldn't be found to get them either. Like I said great food sorry service.

This had to be one of the worst dining experiences ever at Cracker Barrel. Yes they were a little busy, but really not that bad. We ordered our food. It took well over an hour to arrive. In fact 2 of the orders were for chicken and dumplings. After waiting so long the manager came out and told us they were out of chicken and dumplings. Seriously it took you that long. So we replaced it with the meatloaf. It was okay. We had to ask for those two meals to be taken off the bill. I’m not sure if the manager would have done it because she didn’t offer. She knew there was a problem. We had to ask the waiter several times for drink refills. She spent way too much time talking to other customers and didn’t give a crap whether her other customers were not happy. This Cracker Barrel location used to be really good, but I may not visit again. Needless to say it was ridiculous.

Vegetarian options: You have taken away a lot of the good vegetables from the past. And there are too many potato options.

Stopped here with my parents and husband before taking them to the airport. Staff was nice but service was awful. Went to sit and there was a big puddle on one of the chairs. We told the waitress and she just exchanged chairs and did not clean up the puddle. We were there 1.5 hours or a bit longer and it still wasn’t cleaned up. She accidentally spilled one of our iced teas and that stayed on the floor also. I ended up telling managers about the two problems. My chicken salad came and the lettuce was not cut and no eggs. My mom ordered the Fried Apples and got Okra instead. My Dad made sure to tell the waitress that he wanted the regular maple syrup and a few bottles, she brought him sugar-free.

We requested Ranch dressing, coleslaw, and sawmill gravy for our meals; Granpa's chicken fried steak breakfast and chicken tenders with coleslaw. We were told when the incomplete orders were delivered, the resturaunt was out of Ranch dressing, coleslaw, and sawmill gravy. Two issues here. First, if our waiter told us they were out when we ordered, we would have had the opportunity to make a different selection. Second, when we complained to the manager at checkout, she denied they were out of anything. We left very disatisfied, lied to, and will not return to the Morrisville, NC Cracker Barrel. This occured Saturday 29Mar25 at about 4 PM.

I decided to go with family to get a nice birthday brunch. We were seated quickly, but that’s when the issues began. Our waiter was new and didn’t seem to fully know what was going on, we were told they were out of biscuits (how you run out of biscuits at brunch is beyond me), and after sitting for an hour at the table, we were never served our food. We asked for a manager who tried to justify the terrible experience by stating that “it has been a morning”. Not a good experience at all.

It took a long time to get our meal. The server mentioned it would be 8 mins before the biscuits would be available when she took our order. When they delivered our food the chicken fingers were cold. Couldn’t find our server and by the time the server checked on us everyone had finished their meal. The server said it would be 8 mins for a new batch of chicken fingers and the biscuits were still not ready and she mentioned it would be 8 mins before the biscuits are ready.

Ordered my steak medium rare and eggs over medium took over 20 minutes to get my food and my steak was cooked medium and my eggs were runny didn't have my server ask any questions just took my order and I didn't get any biscuits either. I'm sorry but I don't think I will come back and I been going there for 2 years
Edit went again last night nope sorry messed up my order again like WTF cracker barrel its not hard to cook medium rare steak.

Food was great, but very long wait for order to be ready. On Sunday around 2PM we waited for more than an hour (1 hr 20 min) and had to call the Manager for an update on food. At one time we thought they forgot about our order
