GREAT EXPERIENCE! We secured a seat on app. We had no wait time. Our server was Torian. He had 4 stars and we recommend 5.

He was pleasant and patient. Very professional. Helpful in food selection.

Every dish was great. Momma Sampler. Due to a food allergy we cant eat pork, and therefore did all turkey sausage substitute. It's a new sausage with GREAT FLAVOR! Cooked perfectly.

The apples are always amazing. Husband enjoyed the grilled breast meal. Meat waa a little pink is a small area, but he cut that off and enjoyed the remainder.

Fried chicken had great flavor, very crunchy, a little extra bready but just not my preference.

I visited the Morrisville location for lunch on Jan 2nd, 2025. I only waited a few minutes to be seated, and food was served very fast! Our server Kelli was the BEST!!

Service is slow. We usually have to wait at least 30-40 minutes before we receive our meal.

Food was fresh, came out very timely and good. My husband ordered the sausage and egg hashbrown casserole, the waitress came out promptly to tell him that they were all out of that one. She immediately offered 2 other options and asked if he wanted the menu to select something else.

We arrived and were put on about a 35-minute wait and it was almost exactly that time so no issue there from the time we were seated to the time anyone made contact with us was 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable considering there were many open tables and they were not overfilled. There were tables that did not get cleaned the entire time that we were here. That was like an hour. That's not a good look and it doesn't say you're a clean establishment. I had to go to the hostess after 10 minutes and say that we have a party of five waiting to order and no one has even taken drinks. It took another 10 minutes to get the drinks. It took another 15 to 20 minutes to take our orders.
My mother's hot tea came out lukewarm. I ordered steak fries with my steak and eggs and got some kind of hash brown casserole. The broccoli that came with my father's steak was cold. I mean several things were wrong with everybody's food. Not to mention that my mother never got her meal.. till after everybody else had received their food and almost completed eating somebody said they'd check on it and she said don't bother. They were not near capacity but they were a little busy but not enough to make up for the poor service that we received. It was absolutely the worst experience we've had with cracker barrel which is usually a very good one for us.

Not only did we have multiple items missing from our delivery order, but my salad had bugs on it. Being someone who is immunocompromised this type of thing could have lead to serious issues for me. Definitely do not recommend!

We had an excellent experience!!! The food was delicious and our waitress was so nice - I wasn’t able to read her name fully but it started with a K. She made the experience!! Great job Cracker Barrel :)

Service was great. Our waiter was very busy but she still made the best of it Bought a rocking chair and had dinner. Everyone was great even though the wait felt a little long.
