We waited for 45 minutes to get our food after ordering. While we were sitting there waiting, we watched 6 different table get seated, get their food, and then leave and we were still waiting on our two sandwiches. We also had to keep looking for the waiter to ask for refills on drinks, and by the time we got our food, it wasn’t even warm

The country fried steak was very dry and looked overcooked.The service was slow. I asked for water when I received my food and I didn't receive water until I had completed eating. I asked 3 times for take out containers. The last time I received within a minute.

Curbside pickup didn't include gravy with meatloaf (really?), didn't include most of the condiments selected, no apple butter (that I paid extra for) or jellies.If you order a large family meal, it's not reasonable to have to check it before you leave, but it is reasonable to expect the business to double check all the selected items were included. Its a checklist, how hard can it be.
It was a lot going in with the staff. From the waiters and waitresses to the kitchen staff to management running around a lot too. Not sure if people quit that morning and they were thrown completely off. Food was good, IF you received your food. It arrived late. The service wasn’t the best. The atmosphere overall is the usual CB experience you would always have. However the staff on 4/4/24 wasn’t the be.

I don't know what is going on but the curbside service is the pitties. The order isn't ready even after arriving about 30 minutes after told to. They don't receive the notice that I am there. The employees are dressed unprofessional. They have long hair and still are permitted in the kitchen area. The ladies at the cash register or on the phone could care less about helping with the customer even when they don't have anyone at the register. Your website and management needs some addressing to correct these issues but I don't think they are concern.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian items aren't identified.

Should not take 30 minutes to get food. Our waitress could have come by more. We had to wait for the syrup for french toast & ketchup for fries. Waitress was on her own timetable. We had to find a box for leftovers & had to flag her down to request our check. Definitely changed not for the better.

Being there so early (830 on weekends is early I think) made getting in immediate. Server was good, food and beverages were right temps and good (just didn’t care for the peach mimosa). So glad to have a nice meal after limited night’s sleep to drop off family for early flight before heading home. As we finished, it was definitely getting busier as we’ve seen with previous trips to RTP.
