Pick up is super easy and they even bring it right out to your car. Really happy with the service and it is always a nice pick me up when I want a sweet treat

The Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. My husband and I do videos reviews on Crumbl Cookie, so we visit often. But the Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the cookies are missing key toppings. But last night, the cookie was a total miss. It was stale and hard, the jelly topping looked old like the cookie had been sitting there for days, at least that’s what it tasted like. This was the first Crumbl Cookie that we could not eat, due to its horrible condition. Morrisville location, please do better.

The cookies and desserts were good, but the service wasn’t. The restaurant ran out of cutleries, which is fine, but we were asked to get ourselves cutleries from the restaurant next door. None of the employees assisted us in getting the cutleries from the other restaurant. It was an unpleasant experience.

The cookies were cold, hard and not at all like my first experience elsewhere. I didn’t care for the taste of the variety box I purchased. They actually tasted old and dry. I do not recommend. 4/10. The service and environment was nice!
