The workers are so very kind, they always welcome you right at the door! I love the cookies they taste amazing but, sometimes, the workers will leave some frosting onto the box cover which makes the box look slightly tacky, also the main self checkout machines have not been working but aside from those I love this crumbl!
The Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. My husband and I do videos reviews on Crumbl Cookie, so we visit often. But the Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the cookies are missing key toppings. But last night, the cookie was a total miss. It was stale and hard, the jelly topping looked old like the cookie had been sitting there for days, at least that’s what it tasted like. This was the first Crumbl Cookie that we could not eat, due to its horrible condition....
