The Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. My husband and I do videos reviews on Crumbl Cookie, so we visit often. But the Morrisville NC location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the cookies are missing key toppings. But last night, the cookie was a total miss. It was stale and hard, the jelly topping looked old like the cookie had been sitting there for days, at least that’s what it tasted like. This was the first Crumbl Cookie that we could not eat, due to its horrible condition....

There are still amazing people in this world with great customer service. I walked into this cookie crumble. I have never ordered any of their cookies before so on today I want to try one cookie.
