To start off, I’m from Illinois and DQ was extremely popular so when I saw there was one here I was like “awesome” lol until I went tonight and I ordered a small strawberry sundae and couldn’t believe what was handed to me! If I didn’t pay with my CC and paid cash I would have gotten my money back. Everything I ordered was absolutely pitiful for what I was charged. $4 for this….NEVER EVER again will I go to DQ out here! I legit had ONE strawberry and a spoonful of watery liquid. So disappointed! That’s literally less than what the DQ in Dundee IL served as a kids cup! RIP OFF!

Just finished my peanut buster parfait. It was mad how it was supposed to be made. Customer service was excellent. Will be back

The service went by like a breeze, the food I ordered was served hot & ready, and the place inside looked pretty nice.

Great experience! I misread the app for a free Dilly bar on National Ice Cream Day and, rather than give me a lot of hassle, the manager made sure I got my free Dilly bar! Great customer service for a change from this location! Please keep the current manager!! We’ll be back for sure! 😊

It seems like there was a lot of division, but the manager was working and keeping the lines moving, but it was a different feeling with the crew worker's the ice-cream cones was on the cone upright, like instantly leaning and melting we order 3 , but we went ahead to enjoy the rest of the night.

Unless you’re prepared to waste half of your natural born lifespan waiting within the drive thru, avoid this DQ like it’s the plague. No kidding, I’d waited a good 30 or more minutes within the long line of cars.

By the time that I’d gotten to the speaker, to place my order, I was so frustrated and ticked off that I’d driven past the speaker, which is why there’s no rating for the quality of the food.

I’d decided that I wasn’t going to give them my business by then, anyway. When I finally did pull up to the take out window, I saw 6 teenagers sitting around and doing nothing, which explained the long, lengthy delay.

Upon expressing my frustration and anger, the young gal at the window smirked and turned away, not caring at all about wasting 45 minutes, or so, of my time. I can tell you this, if I was the owner, and these teenagers were my employees, I’d be making some serious personnel changes, because these kids are costing the owner lost revenue with their laziness, unprofessionalism, and lackadaisical attitude.

This is why our country is suffering, as it is, because we have too many grownups out there and not enough adults, with a grown up being a grown up body that’s controlled by a child’s emotionality.

ZERO STARS for this review. I will never go to this DQ ever again. :(

They messed up my hamburger 3 different times this week. I quote say “ can I get a hamburger, completely plain”, and first they loaded it with mustard/pickles/ketchup, second time they loaded it with pickles, and the third time which was today they loaded it with cheese. Only the second day could I actually eat it, other days was just completely loaded, and I’m a rly picky eater so I had to throw it all away. It’s ridiculous, I’m quite clear with my order, and literally the third time in a row in a week my burger gets messed up. Very frustrating

Change your times, why would you close the door on my face at 9:30. Long haired dude needs to chill out. It’s called the service industry for a reason

Gotta love a dip cone! Service is mostly friendly, give them a break sometimes as they are young and learning. You're order may be a little wrong, but they'll fix it.
Drive thru is convenient - ask for napkins!

This is the closest Dairy Queen to me and I used to love it but every time I come now the food is always cold. If I’m spending almost $20 for a large meal and I’m getting cold food then what is the point. Please do better Dairy Queen. The ice cream is always good.

Brought kids in for lunch.
They brought out the ice cream first. And the food 23 minutes later.
The kids were already ice creamed up before the food got to the table. The food was barely still warm.
The milk containers have a telescopic straw, this straw bubbles and kids swallow the air and get a stomach ache...
No napkins at the table and no paper towels in the bathroom
I probably won't come back.

“I had a really unpleasant experience with this restaurant. I had an online order, but an emergency happened, and I couldn’t cancel it. When I called the restaurant to cancel the order, they told me that I had to cancel it through the app. However, the instructions in the app say that I can cancel the order by contacting the restaurant. Until now, this issue has not been resolved.
