Came in for lunch ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with large fry and large drink. Food came out, burger was just over room temperature, fries weren't as hot as they should have been either. They weren't that busy so I figured the food would be piping hot. Burger King on 55 never disappoints. Wish I went there to spend 15 bucks. Service here was good, but I came to eat not socialize.

We always get a drive thru blizzard at this location and every single time we order we noticed the employees never say thank you or respond to our thank you’s. It’s just unprofessional when you’re in food business. I hope the managers train their staff to be more polite and professional when talking to customers.

Upgrading to 4 stars. Service is always good. Usually have to wait a bit for food after drive thru. Food is always fresh and hot. So I guess all good things are worth waiting for.

My wife got me a custom ice cream cake for my birthday and it was fantastic!!

Service was great but the food was horrible, i ordered a hot dog and the bun was so tough it was like they warmed it up in the microwave. Food is too expensive for food to not be edible , if i did not have to go back to work I would have a turned around and got a refund

Just left this location and how you give someone a watery blizzard is beyond me. It’s like the ice cream was left out and still served it. I’ve got door dash from here before and it wasn’t watery.

I ordered a medium Oreo Blizzard with extra Oreo's. Upon getting home with my items, I can't describe the extreme disappointment with my Blizzard. The only Oreo's that were in the Blizzard were those sprinkled on top and NONE in the Blizzard itself. DQ has already changed the sizes of cups but NOW be extremely aware of the change in the items themselves. BAD NEWS!!!!

To start off, I’m from Illinois and DQ was extremely popular so when I saw there was one here I was like “awesome” lol until I went tonight and I ordered a small strawberry sundae and couldn’t believe what was handed to me! If I didn’t pay with my CC and paid cash I would have gotten my money back. Everything I ordered was absolutely pitiful for what I was charged. $4 for this….NEVER EVER again will I go to DQ out here! I legit had ONE strawberry and a spoonful of watery liquid. So disappointed! That’s literally less than what the DQ in Dundee IL served as a kids cup! RIP OFF!
