This is my first visit to this location and my boys love this, unfortunately I’m going to give a review based on my adult children! They loved what they ordered (chicken feet, coconut ball, beef tips, and plenty more). They could eat here anytime. The only thing Indidnt like was that they had they had a lunch special and opened at 4:30 so we had to wait. I felt kind of rushed but again my kids enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The bathroom was clean. And the dining area was clean and quiet.

Went for the Sunday dim sum cart service. Everything they served they served fresh and delicious! The staff if they noticed something wasn’t hot would go out of their way to make a fresh portion. On the bill, I hadn’t noticed they included gratuity, so I tipped additionally and they actually stopped me to offer me my money back as we left. The people here are great, the food even better, will be back again.

Food is alright, the sichuan chicken flavor is good but texture is overcooked.
Dim sum menu is small (e.g. no beef crepes) and flavor is a bit bland but texture is good

I love the eggplant and crispy fish the most! My husband enjoys everything, and overall the dishes are flavorful with just the right level of spice. There are plenty of choices for guests, and the customer service is excellent—perfect for parties and family gatherings. Parking is free and easy, which makes the experience even better.

Just looking at the menu price makes me not want to go at all… are we in the Bay Area or in NYC?

This is a wonderful restaurant that recently came under new ownership. The food is exceptional, and I had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, who I really liked. He has a deep respect for food and believes in using quality ingredients to create dishes that truly satisfy. He’s passionate about delivering value and a great experience to every customer.

Most are good bit the shrimp dumplings and tofu skin stuffed pork tasted like those frozen one in supermarket, not fresh.

We've been going to Dim Sum House for years and always enjoy the food and friendly service. We went for dinner this evening with a party of 6. We noticed the restaurant flooring and furnishings had been refreshed. The update looked very nice! The menu had our usual favorites as well as some new items, such as soup dumplings and custard buns. Everything we got was delicious and the service was very attentive. We look forward to going back again soon!

Missing some dimsum standards, like egg custard tart, baked cha siu bao, and cheurng fun. The food that they do have does taste good, though. Staff is friendly.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience. The service was quick and we didn’t have a wait, however, the price of the food you get is very expensive compared to the portion sizes. I would have been more forgiving if we had been prepared for the sticker shock but the prices of the dim sum dishes are about double the prices of what they list on their website. We were expecting each dish to be around $5-$6 and instead it was about $10 per dish. On top of that, the sizes of the portions were small (think 3 dumplings per order). Would not go back.
