Don't go here. If you do, check your food. They mess up my order more often than they get it right. At this point, I think Ive donated more money to Dunkin than value Ive actually received.

This establishment does not care. The poor reviews are spot on about the rudeness and awful quality of food and drinks. I WAS a regular but I WONT be anymore. The last couple times my coffee was like fish tank water. They get upset if you ask them to remake it. I stopped ordering food because it’s undercooked and cold. The one so called “ manager “ didn’t even know how to load a freaking gift card and chose to get nasty with me and shouted “I don’t know how “ and walked away 🙄. There’s no accountability or action plans to correct the many issues and if there are they clearly aren’t being met and enforced.

Redemption! I love a company who responds to negative feedback. Some past reviews aren't that good, including one I posted, which I now removed. I visited the store today and reciceived the best drink, food and service ever! The manager Kristin is on it and has a great team there now. The store was spotless and everyone was busy making sure everything was perfect 👌.
I'll be back by there very soon for sure! Great job

I order here because it's close to my job. I have to check my food because it's often the wrong order. This time they put bacon on my order, which I can't eat because I'm Muslim. They simply took the bacon off and handed it back. I asked them to remake it X2 and they handed me the same sandwich twice. Had to leave with no breakfast so I wasn't late for work. This is what happens when a bunch of teenagers run a restaurant by themselves

I went today, 11/06/25 and the staff working this afternoon was and is always fabulous.. excellent customer service. As most chain shops, there is probably a lot of turnover so that could be the reason for the low reviews but I've experienced nothing but the best here.
Bad customer service, slow employees, for a dozen donuts it took me an hour. Denied selling me some flavors because they didn’t want to run out of them.

Dunkin donuts is Dunkin donuts everywhere. They're all the same. I did want a sausage, egg cheese and a croissant. They were out of croissants. They're the bagel instead. Still good. I love their coffee colada originals. I'm hooked on them. I prefer Dunkin donuts coffee over a lot of different places. I'd go to dunkin' donuts before I go to Starbucks. I'm old school. Still had a pretty good selection of donuts even in the afternoon
