I went yesterday for my mother and I some breakfast. What I was attempting to ask for was pretty simple. I asked for glazed donuts (and some other items) and was told they were cooking and it would be 15min. I asked what other types they had and the little girl on the intercom goes quiet. I precede to talk and she starts to talk over me spouting out the types of donuts. At this point I don’t want to know anymore so I cut her off in which she gets an attitude. Then I proceed to Order everything else in which she chooses to be Kurt with me. Once I get to the window the girl at the window is all frazzled. I’m told not they are out of glazed mini donut holes too, but I can get a refund. She proceeds to try to give me a refund and said it’ll go back on your card, um chile I gave you cash. Then she comes back and says we have them. Moral of the story take ole girl off the intercom and the one from the window and find something else for them to do cause they are not good at it.

I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, and what I received looked like it had already been bitten into. The staff even told me it was the “last one,” which makes me wonder if someone had already started eating it and then returned it. Completely unacceptable.
Earlier, I had tried to order munchkins, but the only flavor they had was blueberry — and this was at just 1:30 in the afternoon. This location almost never has a full selection of donuts, and when they do prepare food, it’s rarely hot or fresh.

Made a quick stop by this Dunkin for a coffee and a snack. I was quickly greeted by multiple people when I walked in the door, multiple people made sure my order had been taken and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you all very much.

Fastest Dunkin I have ever been to (during morning rush too)! Staff were friendly and it was clean. Was so surprised based on other Dunkin’ waits that I felt inclined to post a review.
I moved to the area a few months ago and was happy to see that there was a Dunkin close by, as I go to Dunkin almost on a daily basis. This Dunkin DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE!! I can’t think of ONE time when they got my coffee right. It always tastes like it’s overloaded with cream or something. It never tastes like the other Dunkin’s. Then they get an attitude when you ask them to remake it.

Do they not know how to mix a drink? Every time I come here there’s always sediment at the bottom of my cup. I don’t care if it’s a hot drink or a cold drink. It’s like they don’t know how to mix it. I don’t know. I’m not sure what they do, but they’re definitely not concocting it as they should be and the nerve of them to have these high prices like they are Starbucks is laughable. They are no where near the Starbucks spectrum far as quality and taste.

The restroom was filthy, and NO one asked to help OR explain OR say that orders had to be placed via a screen! They left me standing there! I politely went OUT THE DOOR!
