Fastest Dunkin I have ever been to (during morning rush too)! Staff were friendly and it was clean. Was so surprised based on other Dunkin’ waits that I felt inclined to post a review.

I moved to the area a few months ago and was happy to see that there was a Dunkin close by, as I go to Dunkin almost on a daily basis. This Dunkin DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE!! I can’t think of ONE time when they got my coffee right. It always tastes like it’s overloaded with cream or something. It never tastes like the other Dunkin’s. Then they get an attitude when you ask them to remake it.

Do they not know how to mix a drink? Every time I come here there’s always sediment at the bottom of my cup. I don’t care if it’s a hot drink or a cold drink. It’s like they don’t know how to mix it. I don’t know. I’m not sure what they do, but they’re definitely not concocting it as they should be and the nerve of them to have these high prices like they are Starbucks is laughable. They are no where near the Starbucks spectrum far as quality and taste.

The restroom was filthy, and NO one asked to help OR explain OR say that orders had to be placed via a screen! They left me standing there! I politely went OUT THE DOOR!

Careless staff. They don’t pay attention. Heads are in the clouds daily. They’d rather refund you than remake your coffee the correct way.

Incredibly slow. There is no point in doing an online pickup at this location as they will not have it ready and not start until your arrival. I waited over 10 minutes for a chai latte and a singular cookie as I watched people who came after me in line leave. Will be my last visit here. Extreme waste of time and horrible service.

Been waiting on a mobile order for more than 10 mins now for just a cold brew but every time I come here it’s always so slow and the girl that works the speaker at drive through ALWAYS repeats everything I say incorrectly including my name for mobile orders. Hot coffee is usually only Luke warm and if you say anything they replace it, but have an attitude about it.

TODAY (10/20/24) I RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE!!! If you having a bad day stay home or quit!!! I walk inside and I’m the only customer inside the store. Maybe two vehicles in the drive thru. I’m browsing through the selection of donuts and it took me less than a minute to figure out what I wanted. So I’m standing there waiting for one of the 3 employees to ask “may I help you “ and after 4 to 5 minutes I’m still the only customer in the store, employees walking back and forth without any eye contact. It was like I was invisible! Then finally, probably after 5 minutes one of male employees asked me did I need help and I said yes, I’ve been standing here for a while and the employees walking around not even looking in my direction. Then he said “since I wasn’t standing in front of the register he didn’t know you needed help “. So that’s you alls reason for not helping me. That’s crazy! Can we take a little pride in our job. If you having a bad day and just stay home! See attached receipt to confirm date & time. And if you think I’m lying then mgmt should watch security cameras.
I absolutely LOVE Dunkin Doughnut and especially the unsweetened flavor options. The staff at my favorite location even recognize my daily order when I arrive at the Drive Thru window. This is the type of customer service that keeps me returning. I look forward to my daily machiatto's and appreciate the morning staff.
