When it comes to the food and drink it is as expected from Dunkin, sometimes the coffee drinks sweetness level is a bit sporadic but nothing terrible. Service wise, while I've never dealt with anyone necessarily Impolite, they aren't exactly friendly either and a bit short with their responses. Overall, no real complaints, go there pretty regularly when I'm in the area for work.

I have great respect for this place, because the donut holes are not painted demon cores (speaking from experience). Also, the donuts are not spiked with laxatives. Also again, I would recommend not using the bathroom there for a good 45 minutes.

The donuts are how you would expect a dunkin donut to taste. The thing that really annoyed me was the service. I think i was waiting at the counter for ten minutes and they just kept serving the drive thru. I had to ask three times just to get them to take my order.

Would not recommend this dunkin. Went through the drive-thru and whoever was working was completely unprofessional. Instead of a greeting I was met with her laughing all in the intercom. Then once I got my food, it was completely burnt inside and the person handing it out was rude.

went to dunkin’ to get the bucket of munchkins with some food and coffee. got a caramel iced coffee and an iced caramel macchiato and they look the exact same. when i asked them if they gave me the right thing and reclarified what i got, they got visibly annoyed and told me they had stickers on the drinks. at the window they told me they didn’t have the buckets so i requested to cancel the munchkins and the lady at the window as well as a worker in the back both just stared at me like i was an annoyance until suddenly finding a bucket. they told me to pull up to get my food and i had to ask the worker 2 separate times for the rest of it as they kept trying to give me half of the $40 order and say bye

I went to this shop at 5pm weekday. Wednesday. They had closed main door. Closing time is 6pm. I could see employees inside. Though I knocked door they didn't open. I went to drive through they said shop is closed . I asked why they didn't say anything. Whoever owns this shop will not be in profit id they behave like this.

I ordered a medium iced latte, which usually comes with two shots of espresso for a stronger coffee taste. At this branch, they only added one shot. When I mentioned that it should be two, they refused to add another unless I paid extra. After checking, I confirmed that a medium iced latte is supposed to have two shots. Very disappointing experience—both the coffee and the service at this location were the worst I’ve had at Dunkin
