We reached at this location at 6.45 pm and this is supposed to close as 7 pm. The team members were so rude they locked the entry door stopped taking drive through plus when trying to knock they showed back to us. Those two guys were ignoring us or anyone trying to get anything. I do not understand which location does that specially in cold winter. Pathetic never going to come to this location ever.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. We were in the process of placing our order (picking donuts) when another employee came over and told us she was going to cash us out so they could help the people behind us. She didn't ask if we were done ordering, she just closed us out. We didn't get to order our coffees or anything else. There is a second register- not sure why that can’t be used. We were placing an order for a family- we ended up going to Starbucks and a nearby bagel shop to finish our order.

One word..HORRIBLE ?!! I stopped getting food here cause it's always disgusting..just started getting their iced coffee & lattes, equally disgusting. Just ordered a large iced latte with oatmilk, 3 blueberry shots, 1 vanilla, extra espresso..sounds very flavorful right? It was TERRIBLE, tasted like a cup of old water with old coffee in it, absolutely NO blueberry, NO vanilla, NO oatmilk. They're also very slow even when there are no other cars or customers, as well as being rude/not friendly/ no customer service skills. Will not be going back to this location. They need alot of help with EVERYTHING.

Asked for a small coffee with two sugars, but ended up getting a medium coffee loaded with sugar. There was no napkin in the bag, or even a transaction receipt. This place needs to train its employees, or it will lose customers.

I usually like Dunkin but all their food portions are getting smaller yet the price is going up for all locations. This is their loaded hash browns. There’s nothing loaded about this for about $4. Their lemonade refreshers and cappuccino blasts are good but skip all food orders.
Service is terrible. A whole bunch of kids playing not taken the environment serious!! Had to wait 10 mins for drinks they didn’t even pull

Living in the state that doesn't have Dunkin' Donuts. It's a pleasure to have one so close to my daughters house . My online orders are done well and always a fast order through the drive-thru. Staff very friendly

I LOVE Dunkin but for some reason I can't jive with this location. The coffee is nasty, they charge extra for oatmilk, and they served me banged up donuts. This is close to my home and I refuse to come here and switched to Starbucks instead. I go to Harris Teeter for donuts.
