Breakfast sandwiches were so bad I couldn't eat them and threw them away.
I ordered three sandwiches; two bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. All three were terrible and were thrown away. I can't remember the last time I had Dunkin and have never been to this location but I'll certainly never try one again.

I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times. Tried one more time today and ordered a very simple iced hazelnut coffee. I ended up with a mocha something. The manager needs to go there and train their employees.

This is my second time at this locatio, and neither experience has been satisfactory. First of all the sanitation grade was a 92. I placed my order online using the mobile app for doughnut holes and a 100 points for an additional order, so I order hashrounds. The 10 doughnut holes glaze and blueberry was dry and my hashrounds was cold, old, and greasy with a bad after taste. I am NOT a frequent flyer of dunkin' donuts but every time I try to go to see if I could be a consistent customer the food is always bad so it's a no for me particular this location. This location on my daily commute to work 7 days a week.

So I ordered a Sausage and Egg Corssat meal my hash brown tasted like that had pass the hold time they tasted bad. My sandwich Corssat bread was burnt and the bottom was hard. If I had know that their sanitation grade was a 92 I would had never order. I went to use the rest room after using the bathroom I couldn't even wash my hand no running water was available and when I asked about the employee seemed lost and the manager responded oh yeah the water doesn't work SMH here I have hand soap all o er my hand and ask I do i suppose to get this soap off they just looked without any concern I will never recommend this Dunkin Donut to anyone the worst one that I've ever been. I just lost $15.00 off of my gift card what a crying shame. The manger needs to do better. I worked in thr restaurants fot over 20 years and never seen anything like this. I held plenty position and I trated and served my customer's with quality food and showed them that I was concerned about any matters that they unlike this manger just stood there like she had no concern.
