Food was cold. They didn't give me what I ordered. Ordering at the kiosk if you get the $6 meal, you get to the checkout screen and it ends up being ~$9.

Have to order at the kiosk. After ordering and paying they tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Got the powdered munchkins and they were so dry they must have been prepared days earlier.
The food comes out burnt and there is gnats on the donuts, they need a cover up container for the donuts. They don’t open up on time, supposed to be open at 4am but when I arrived at 5 they was closed and still setting up. When asked what time they open, was told not sure because they was waiting on someone to open the store. Missed majority of the morning passengers flying out.

The sandwiches are not freshly made. If you order it untoasted, it's cold. Eggs and sausage must have been precooked long time ago. I took one bite and threw it away.

Slow and terribly inefficient. Location needs a manager that actually makes the people do their jobs. there’s a kiosk that everybody lines up behind and no one, but behind the counter has wherewithal to let people know that they can also take orders at the counter. It takes customers getting to the point of annoyance, walking up and then they finally say yes you can order at the counter sad
