the chicken is so bad tastes like a tire and it’s a rubbery texture i would not recommend
Absolutely terrible food and customer service
The entrees are good and service was fast. Only complaint is servings seem to be pretty light. Especially sides and appetizers weren’t really fulfilling for the cost. Recommend sticking to just the bowls.

Place has seriously gone down hill ever since the change of ownership and subsequent questionable remodel of the dining area. Consistently will mess up your order while also nickel-and-diming you any chance they can get.
Take your business elsewhere.

You can’t beat the value and the price! Ordered online for pick up and was ready and under 15 minutes. Their white sauce was amazing and they give a generous portion. Will definitely be returning again.

I found a hair in my food. They need to wear hairnets because this is unacceptable.
Food is pretty good, but their ordering system is awful. Kiosk (only one) is confusing , for example asking for a name without any input box. Took me 9 minutes to order waiting behind 3 people in front of me. I asked for a receipt but didn’t get one. Cook calls out numbers and everybody is confused which order is theirs. This is a joke. This place will not survive.

Since the owner is not there, the quality of service really suffers.
Before leaving the restaurant, make sure you carefully check your order. Because they prepared my order 10 minutes later than the DoorDash pickup estimate, I did not check and had to rush out. It turned out two items were missing. When I called them, the lady said she had given me everything instead of acknowledging the mistake.
I hope the owner understands that the service quality is slipping; otherwise this place is a no-go.

I love this place for a casual get together with my friends! They're currently renovating but the place still feels clean and put together!
I got the crab rangoons, double steak soba, and one of the new drinks from their fridge!
The crab rangoons were crispy yet soft at the same time. They don't taste fishy and are made in house.
The steak soba was the perfect level of sweet and salty and you are able to add extra meat and vegetables for a small fee. It felt light and healthy
The drinks from their fridge are made with natural sugar so it made me feel better about getting a soft drink!
Also it's one of the most decent priced hibachi places in the area with the best white sauce so that was a plus!

Hibachi Blue offers a solid option for anyone looking for a casual hibachi meal without breaking the bank. While it may not be the most generous in terms of meat portions, the overall experience is satisfying enough to warrant a return visit.
The fried rice stands out as one of the highlights. It’s well-seasoned and has a nice texture that complements the rest of the plate. The smokiness throughout the dishes also add a pleasant depth that might surprise those who don’t typically gravitate toward hibachi-style meals.
That said, the meat servings are on the lighter side. For the price, it’s understandable, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re coming in with a big appetite. The sauces are a mixed bag. The white sauce is enjoyable and pairs well with most of the dish. On the other hand, the ginger sauce leans a bit too sweet, which might not suit everyone’s palate.
Overall, Hibachi Blue delivers decent value with flavors that work well, especially for a quick bite or casual dinner. It may not be remarkable, but it does enough right to make a return visit worth considering.
