So, I won't be going to Hipoke again. I've been to Hawaii, and this poke bowl is definitely in NC and should stay here. Hawaii makes it super refreshing, fresh, juicy, flavorful, saucy, and light at the same time. Today, I did not enjoy the salmon or spicy tuna. Bizarrely it tastes too fishy, and I've had plenty of sashimi before. Everything else was ok, seaweed, olives, mango cubes, edamame, and the spicy mayo. I'm not sure about the freshness, but I did pick up my meal through Uber about 20 minutes after I placed it. The staff was very upbeat and polite, including the young lady working there today.

We got a ramen bowl and a sushi burrito. The sushi burrito was pretty good as well as the ramen. A little confused on the ramen, though - I ordered the vegetable ramen which says it comes with bean sprouts, nori, spinach and corn (and some other things). Instead of those, my bowl came with mushrooms and lettuce ?. I may come here again if I'm in the area, but kind of odd to get something very different from what I ordered.

Randomly stopped here before a movie. The food was fast, fresh, hot and tasty and filling. We tried a ramen and a poke bowl and both were delicious and well priced for the amount of food we received. The service was great, the staff was very friendly, and the interior was clean and well designed. Would definitely go back if in the area.

We really like the poke here. The raw salmon and tuna are all very fresh!

I love ramen. Tonkatsu ramen is my favorite. I’ve had awesome ramen. The ramen is good enough to satisfy a craving for ramen. The broth is a little weak and the noodles are okay, the overall experience is acceptable. I’ve had worse at fancy, expensive restaurants.

Good quality- but quantity is too little for the price now- The amount of fish in the deluxe bowl is 1/3 of what it was just last year. While your prices have gone up the quantity has greatly diminished. It feels like such a ripoff to pay for triple salmon and get single, not even double salmon. There’s also so much less of the toppings. Today the tamago was missing from my order and the avocado was entirely missing from my husband’s order- which we paid extra for.

My favorite poke place in Raleigh. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is great. Admittedly, I go here a couple times a week!

This is the best Poke place in the Triangle! Always a good go to! Fresh, fast, and friendly! Thank you Hipoke!

Disposable utensils. Plastic spoon is too small for enjoying the broth and it could completely fall into the soup easily. Not a lot of veggie in Tonkatsu ramen. Broth taste and noodle texture are good, the egg is a little bit hard.

Love the poke here! Wish it was less expensive, but feel like the quality would suffer if they had to cut costs
