Got delivery. Missing fries, the Nachos were not supposed to have Jalapeños. Also missing the blue cheese sauce. Called to let them know, I was put on hold for a manager, after 10 minutes of waiting, I hung up. Horrible experience. Will not order from here again and everyone should know how they operate.

I ordered the boneless grilled buffalo wings, but when I got home, there was no sauce just grilled chicken nuggets in a box. I mean they were still good, but I am just a bit sad that I didn't get what I ordered. Please make the food as requested.

The bar here smells of rotting beer, very unappealing. The mildew smell is so bad I almost couldn't eat the delicious wings the beautiful bartender provided. Place just needs a deep clean

I continuously give Hooters a chance, but this will most likely be my last. Sad to see such a storied restaurant chain crashing out like this.
I walked in the restaurant at 9pm on a Thursday night and stood at the hostess stand for a while watching multiple employees walk by and completely ignore the front door. Finally, a young man from the kitchen approached and asked if I had been helped. Once finally seated, Kee (my server) told me Hooters was changing their menu and that roughly 70% of the wing flavors were no longer available. She did her best to cover up the poor management, service, and atmosphere while her colleagues all played on their phones, huddled in the kitchen talking, and hung out with their friends at the bar. She apologized profusely. I counted 5 tables with guests on the floor and maybe 7 other patrons seated at the bar…so definitely not at all busy! No excuse for this experience IMO.
Lastly, I will say that the wings from the kitchen were hot and of good quality….which was as good as it got for that evening. Before leaving I used the restrooms to wash my hands and holy moly the smell in the men’s room was strong enough to choke a horse! Management; please do better!!

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant before. From the moment we entered the restaurant until the time we paid the tab and left. When we walked in to wait to be seated, 3-4 servers walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us. We finally got seated and waited another 10 minutes until our “actual” server came by and told us to give her 5 more minutes. Didn’t even offer us waters or anything while waiting. Another server came by to tell us our server was tied up and finally asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered a Bloody Mary and Margarita and two waters. The waters came out first of course but took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Our “actual” server finally came back and asked if we had ordered our food yet which we had replied no. She took our food order and appetizer order. After she placed our food order, she went and sat down in the booth right in front of us and started eating food and drinking with them. I found this extremely unprofessional as I used to be a server. There is no way this would fly in any restaurant I have worked in. Server finally brought our appetizer out to us. I have no clue what her name was as she was NOT wearing a name tag like the other servers. She stopped by once to ask how the chips and dip was. She then went back to sitting down at the table in front of us to eat food and talk. As this happened I watched two men come in and wait by the hostess stand. She didn’t get up to greet them or anything. The two men seated themselves and when they DIDN'T sit in her section she did a fist pump after she got up from the table in front of us to walk into the kitchen. Finally our food came out and she brought it out to us. My dad and I both got a grilled chicken sandwich with curly fries and I forgot to ask for mayo on the sandwich after our server had walked away. I tried waving down our server to see if I could get some mayo at which she held her finger up and told me one second. I saw the manager finally come out of the back and talk to another table that was sitting two booths down from us. She continued to look at what they were saying since that was her table, and there was another girl just standing around at the hostess stand completely ignoring me. She finally came back after another 10 minutes, and I asked for mayo at which it took her 10 seconds to grab two packets of mayo for me. She then continued to sit down at the booth in front of us and continue talking and eating her food. The manager walked out again and saw her sit down at which she turned her head to the side and then got up and walked the other way once her manager saw. The only good thing I would say is the food was good and the drinks were good. However, our service was the WORST service I have ever had at any restaurant and was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone wanting good fast service.

The experience hasn't changed since the mid 90's except that the shorts are shorter and everyone involved, from the guests to the staff, are really just about over the whole thing. That said, somehow, they somehow still source great quality, decent sized wings and sell them for a reasonable cost, especially when contrasted against your avg mom and pop shop or other chain. Skip the dine in experience and get your wings to go for the optimal 2025 Hooters experience
