This was by far the worse experience from any restaurant I have ever been to. The waitress didn’t know how to place my to-go order nor was she able to use the computer to put it in the system, so I helped her navigate. Then, it took 40 minutes to receive my food and it wasn’t correct. The fries were cold and the main ingredients on the burger weren’t there, so clearly, the cooks don’t know the menu. It took an additional 20 minutes to get my food replaced, and management was too busy flirt with customers for tips than addressing customer service issues. Will never return to this location.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start. We arrived just the 2 of us excited to eat Hooters at 9:40pm on a Thursday night after driving 6 hrs. We ordered drinks and it took her 30 min to bring it and my drink was wrong, she apologized and came back 20 min later with another WRONG drink. She said it’s not her night and she will bring me the right one a simple Margarita. So it’s 10:40pm and she finally brings me the right drink and the food. Omg the food as you will see in the picture came super cold, like bun was frozen, the mild sauce spread on the bun like what in the world is happening. My husbands wings were cold my sandwich was frozen, I asked to speak to the Manager and the Server came back and said my manager is ok for me to remove the food from the bill. Like seriously that’s not even what I asked. THIS IS WHY HOOTERS ARE CLOSING, if you can’t remember a drink and to have the kitchen staff actually cook the food maybe people would come. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Never again.

We use to come here all the time but the New wind causes butter based is awful. Will have to find a new wing place but my heart will miss the old wings which were GREAT!

This has always been a really great experience for me when I come into town for work.. we usually stop here at least twice.. great food and atmosphere.. the staff has always has always been top notch.. I would have to say it has been one of the best Hooters in the state that I have gone too.

I HATE to leave bad reviews but Im hopeful management will see this and talk to the staff. My husband and I came in after a long day excited to sit and eat and this visit was honestly disappointing from the moment we walked in. When we asked the (hostess?) if we could sit at a high-top in the bar area, the she didn’t say a word. She looked super annoyed we were there. She grabbed two menus, walked to a random table outside the bar area slapped them down abruptly, and walked away without saying a word. It was so unclear whether she was actually seating us that we stood there for a minute trying to figure out what was happening.
When we finally sat down, we were excited to see a drink on the menu that we’d had in Florida and havent been able to find anywhere here. Before we could even get settled the same hostess/server who greeted us came over, threw a napkin on the table and abruptly told us they were out of them. We tried ordering something else and she came back again to say they were out of everything except White Claws. We decided to wait on getting drinks at that point. Server looked annoyed again, walked away and no one came back to our table for several minutes.
Between the rude greeting, lack of communication and being left hanging without any follow-up, we ended up getting up and walking out. This isn’t the first time the service has been off here. It’s unprofessional, inattentive and there is zero sense of urgency from anyone working there. The wings and buffalo shrimp are genuinely great but after multiple visits with poor service we won’t be returning to this location.
I waited tables as a side gig for about 15 years. The servers at this location could make so much more money if they were simply more attentive and welcoming to the guests who come in. Basic customer service and courtesy would go a long way.

Employees were kind and did their job well, however wings were overdone, and after finishing I saw possibly the largest roach I've ever seen scuffling across the floor near the bar. Will be very hesitant to return.
We sat for over a hr... no food 1 cocktail..5 minutes to closing.. they brought it all out and tried to kick us out before we even finished our food.. DO NOT GO TO.. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND BIG WASTE OF IT..

We stopped at this Hooters location as a family of four with a toddler. Despite several open booths, we were seated at a high-top table—not ideal for small kids. After sitting for about 10 minutes, not a single server came by to greet us, take drink orders, or even acknowledge that we were there. To make matters worse, my wife and daughter went to use the restroom, and it was an absolute disaster—dirty, unkept, and clearly not being maintained. We ended up walking out and taking our business elsewhere. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for families or anyone expecting decent service.

Nice Hooters. First time I was served by a Hooters Girl that is in an actual calendar. Service was great, food was very good and most importantly hot. Especially the fries. Was greated by the manager. Good place, with friendly staff. Definitely worth the visit.
