I was never greeted from the time I came in. The entire staff was not welcoming or even cheerful. I was never checked on the entire time that I was there. Although the chicken Caesar salad was very good, the service was horrible

Ordered a PO Boy sandwich last night. Was the absolute nastiest thing I have ever tried to eat. I threw it out! Thought well, I'll eat the Curly Fries. They had so much salt on them it actually was burning my tongue! I grew up eating at the original bar, before the franchising. Was a great place, good food and friendly. Been wondering why so many locations are closing. I guess I got the answer last night!

Ordered 20 piece wings. Half BBQ, half lemon pepper. BBQ sauce tasted fine but couldn't eat because of how tough the meat was. Of all the 4 pieces of lemon pepper that I had on my plate, only 1 had a slight taste of lemon pepper. Couldn't eat these either because of meat toughness. The shrimp was the best part of the meal. The curly fries were unseasoned. I'm not sure if that's how they normally are, but they were not appetizing at all. Needless to say, my family had to find something else to eat for dinner. The server/host was pleasant though.

I (a black male) walked in and was greeted with the hostess with an attitude. I sat down for 20 minutes and nobody came to serve me during an empty restaurant: Ten minutes into my wait, two males (from a different race )came in and the hostess not only sits them but serves them immediately. I already felt under appreciated not being served while the restaurant is empty. I felt disrespected and walked out immediately as the other customers noticed that as the hostess action was blatant. I’ve been here a few times with friends and I normally enjoyed the service but this interaction has turned me off from supporting it.

Much like others with the exception that the TV/music is so loud you can't have a conversation at your own table.
It did happen again! We always got one or two wings missing in our take out. This last time there 2 missing out of 20. Start to hate this place

They LITERALLY go off of a point system!!!!! Me and a coworker got 3 shots a piece and a beer. The MANAGER guy said each beer is 2 points, and every tall boy beer is 2 points. He said we have a 7 point limit. So cut us OFF, smfh. I would NEVER spend another dime in this place. I travel the country for a living and been in dozens of Hooters. This NC hooters is the ONLY one that has done this. The manager attempted to blame it on the System itself 🤷♂️🤦♂️... WOULD 100% RECOMMEND anywhere but here

Walked in to find a handwritten note sitting on the hostess station that said "we are on a 30 minute wait" at 9pm on a Saturday night. They close at 1am. Less than half the tables were occupied. A few were waitng on food. Someone came over and explained that they wouldn't seat us because they were on at least a 30 minute wait due to the kitchen being backed up. This is why the restaurant industry is struggling, lazy, incompetent staff or being understaffed. If you can't service a half full dining room, then just close. I'm shocked this location is still open.

Ordered 10 wings. Took nearly 45 mins to get the food. Wings were good but along the wait I was brought out one small thing of bluecheese. I asked for another and you'd think after waiting nearly 50mins for the food it would be on the house. Nope...got me for $1.59 won't go back to hooters for a long time.
