Placed an order over the phone for a eggless cake for Father’s Day one week ago. the person who answered my call took down my name, information, and cake specifications and said it would be ready by Friday. I called Friday evening to check the status of my order and was told no one had ever written down my order, and when I began asking questions the lady over the phone began to get rude and then hung on me!!! Extremely appalled and disappointed by this service.

Absolute worst tasting food ever. Food was rancid. I actually thought it was a health hazard. Whole order went straight to the trash. Unbelievably gross. Gastroenteritis should not be on the menu.

We bought black forest and tiramisu, cakes were stale and dry. I don't know why they don't put expiry date on the cakes. Very disappointing. If you consider freshness and good food, this place is not recommended.

The lady who picked the call to take cake order is very rude . when didn’t have anything to back her story she started blaming american helpers who work under her . price is increasing and quality is degrading

I recently ordered full sheet Mango Cake for pick up at 5 PM but my friend went there by 4 PM. Though they are in premises they refused to handover the cake and made him to wait till 5 PM. I know they are closed till 5 PM but that day maintenance is going on in kitchen and there is staff, payment is also made 1 week before but not sure why to wait till 5 PM.
This kind of a service is not acceptable (if the store is closed I completely understand). Overall its a very big cake and its delicious.

I never received a call. I followed up again, and the lady who answered took all the details once more and promised to call back in 10 minutes to confirm the order. After waiting over two hours with no response, I had to call again—this time just to cancel the order. Very poor service experience.

Disgusting food. Ordered paneer roll, chole bhature, and panner toast.. the roll was a papad and not a roll like with some old stuffing of green pepper.. chole was black Chana and not authentic chole. Paneer toast had little to no paneer with just bread pieces. No wonder the ratings are so low..
I ordered a pav bhaji for too go order When I reached home I saw They gave me a chicken tikka panini, I am a vegetarian So I called the store about this and they were not been apologetic for this, I had few bad experiences before with this store. They don't care about customers They only want your money. Thanks

We got black forest cake that was ready and available on shelf. When we cut the cake, look wasn't good so immediate question in our mind was would it be eatable? Before giving it to kids, I tasted it and it was horrible. It was definitely more than few days old and probably wasn't in good temperature setting that might have caused it. Or not sure if they make cake like that. This is the first and most likely last time I am going to get a cake from here. Despite the reviews, I wanted to give it a try and reviews are kind of somewhat accurate. We threw it and didn't let kids eat it. Terrible experience. Should have taken a pictures but wanted to get it out of kids sight as soon as possible.

One of the worst experiences we've ever had. We ordered the Samosa Chaat and Paneer Roll, and both were extremely disappointing.
The Samosa Chaat was completely tasteless— the channa (chickpeas) were like daal, cold, and lacked any flavor. It felt like it was just thrown together with no thought. Even people who don't know how to cook chaat could probably do better than this.
As for the Paneer Roll, it was even worse. The roti seemed like it was made two days ago— it was hard and dry. The paneer itself was cold, as if it had just come straight from the fridge.
Honestly, if there were an option for negative stars, I would choose it. Truly a disappointing experience.
