25 minutes to get a sandwich? And staff just standing around not even paying attention to the order being printed? I got my money back. Avoid this place. Notice the good reviews are for branches not at the airport. Read reviews about the airport branch. It universally has terrible reviews and RDU airport should close this place down. Personally, next time I'm in town I'm sure as heck going to avoid any branch of this restaurant. Check my revie s I go all over the world and this one is the worst

Ordered a wrap. Got 1/2 a wrap and waited forever when I was the only customer.

Ordered door dash from Jason’s Deli
The portions were huge, the largest baked potato I have ever seen.
Love the idea of picking one’s own ingredients for the salad

My turkey sandwich was very good with real turkey chunks, not deli slices. The service was great. My husband's Caesar salad was small, so I took one star off.

I am proud of my local international airport RDU. It is growing in leaps and bounds meeting the needs of the state of North Carolina and the Country. Keeping up with aviation safety standards is at the top of my list followed by customer satisfaction, service and growing number of available destinations both international and domestic. I happen to live near the airport and on my walks when I see an airplane coming for landing I wave a welcome home so should anyone onboard an incoming flight sees a person waving that might just be me, welcoming you back home from your travels!

What's the point of a wrap if you don't actually wrap the ingredients?
I felt like a Neanderthal before they discovered tools when I unwrapped by wrap and all of the ingredients literally exploded in my lap in front of everyone waiting for the plane.
If you aren't gonna wrap it tightly, then at least include a fork

Can't follow directions to make the sandwich they advertise. Service is slow and surly.

Ordered avacado sandwich and it turned out to be a cold bland joke. Other poor reviews are accurate for this terrible rendition.

Ordered sausage egg cheese, 7 people ordered behind us got food and left. Kept saying it's coming only to didn't ask if you want to switch everything in the bacon.. cooking sausage. They spend most of the time standing around talking in a group. RDU avoid this restaurant.

Ordered avocado “sandwich” for $11+ including $2 tip. Turned out to be a piece of bread with some guacamole smeared on and a few crumbs of feta. Total cost of ingredients less than 50 cents. This is deceptive advertising. This is not avocado sandwich in any rational sense.

Not sure if all the workers were new on this particular day, but they were Ssssssssssssllllllllowwwwwwww. I ordered in the kiosk & it took 14min to get my order. Lady overcooked the tortilla for the wrap, which made it too crispy, so she rolled it up in a neither tortilla. I wasn't about to request anything & wait another 14min. Good thing I was early for my flight

kudos to this airport for getting local coffee, breweries and restaurants. Wish all airports did this!
