kudos to this airport for getting local coffee, breweries and restaurants. Wish all airports did this!

Avocado toast was one slice of warmed up bread and a smear of guacamole that tasted sour.

I don’t like to give bad reviews- but the lack of customer service and rudeness of staff had us walk away.

I travel often so I’m fully aware of airport prices, but this was a complete joke for $20…this was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever been served I think. There aren’t a ton of great options at RDU, but I should have gone to Popeyes instead.

It is a really nice airport but you wait on your checked in luggage longer than your flight took. I have been to many airports, in US, Canada, Europe and South America. Luggage claim process at RDU is the worst, by far!

Terrible service. They are disorganized and do not fill orders in order

Club sandwich had bad ham which gave me a case of food poisoning. No way to contact this location to address this. Plus, all Jason's Delis are just so sloppy in the way they throw the sandwiches together. This is your business. Take care to make good quality, well assembled sandwiches. Lastly, no one wants to use the self-serve ordering kiosks. Get rid of them.

The person at the checkout counter is rude, does not respond when spoken to, shows an attitude of annoyance and racism, serves with anger and treats badly. a terrible service.

I agree with all of the other one star reviewers as I witnessed everything they have described in their reviews. This location has the worst service out of any eatery at RDU. Please look elsewhere for food to order.

This is clearly a management issue. I would recommend the c-level executives strip the franchise from the current owner because there is a clear difference in how badly this Jason’s Deli location is run vs. other locations.

Terrible terrible terrible sandwich. The staff were nice but they are rolling out sandwiches and not caring about the end product. My husband and I ordered 2 chicken paninis and when we got to our seats by the gate and opened them up we were very disappointed. Both sandwiches had not been toasted or pressed and were just soggy and fell apart. They weren’t even cut in half for as large as they were. A giant waste of $50. If our plane wasn’t leaving so quickly we would have walked them back over and requested new ones. Instead we got stuck with chicken tenders from Popeyes. We will not ever go back to this place. I should have read the reviews first.
