It's too easy nowadays to dunk on a chain for poor service or bad food. In that light, I think its important to call our great successes. Exceedingly friendly welcoming team (shout out to Brendan) and great tasting sandwiches. When I find my self back in the area, I'll almost certainly be popping in for lunch. Kudos all.

Wow! The manager Angelo is absolutely outstanding!! We were coming in for a baseball tournament and needed 35 subs made by a certain time with correct labeling, etc. Angelo went above and beyond in every way! Even down to texting me at 6:45am because he knew I was catching a flight and would be unavailable to get him the information he needed to have the order ready. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have done this several times throughout the years on various trips, and we have never encountered such a great experience. THANK YOU, Angelo! (You deserve a raise!)

Terrible customer service which makes the food nasty . Don’t come here. I walked in at 5:45 . I’m looking to see what makes sense to order because I KNOW THEY ARE CLOSING . Lady says we trying to get to our families ma we close in 10 mins . I said nvm I’m cool . And left! DO NOT COME HERE RUDE STAFF . And if the staff rude you the place ain’t clean they don’t care .

What a great store. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was so friendly and positive. We left feeling energized from a long ride. We were picking up food for our sons who would be arriving by bus at the airport from Camp Geiger and then flying to their MOS. We were so encouraged by their appreciation of their service. The bread is always chewy, unlike other locations. I'm not sure why, but it has happened the last 5 times. Today was the last straw. I'll be avoiding this location from now on, unfortunately.
