I went back to this location after a long time. 22$ for a below par sandwich is insane.

First time customer at this location, also previous jersey mikes employee. I asked for a club some with a lot of bacon to start. Before even getting my sandwich ready a young women with a neck tattoo and glasses says “how much is that” and I said just extra bacon. And she proceeded to say “don’t say a lot of bacon just say extra next time” with an attitude. Honestly no need for that when you obviously knew what I meant and no need to correct me and tell me what to say if you know what I want. Lady with a green neck tattoo and glasses, learn some quality customer service. Other than that everyone was great and food was pretty solid

Had to take a second to shout out Erin, my sandwich maker today. She was funny, energetic, down to earth, and just an all around sweetheart. You could tell she genuinely enjoyed what she was doing, and that energy made the whole experience 10x better.
Erin didn’t just make a sandwich , she made my day. Appreciate people like her who bring good vibes and great subs. Jersey Mike’s, she’s a gem – don’t lose her!
