Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had, not just here but at any restaurant. The lady who made my good was rude and didn't even make it properly. I told her I had the wrong sandwich and she gave me a ton of attitude, sighed underneath her breath, and referred to me as something I won't write here, which my five year old son also heard and repeated. When I got my sandwich, the chicken was cold and didn't taste cooked at all (I ordered the Buffalo Chicken). I didn't even bother going up there because I didn't feel like getting cussed at again or dealing with the attitude. I paid almost 50 dollars for sub par sandwiches with tons of attitude and being called a racial slur. Stay away from here at all costs, and if you do go and see the lady with red hair just run. Absolutely terrible. The owner should just clean house

I placed an order online, when i arrived there was one customer inside. I was ignored by “Jim” and when finally attended to i was told the food hasn’t been started yet. I happened to be short on time so this was very inconvenient and poor customer service.

I ordered online. The order was supposed to be finished at 12:12. I arrived at 12:15 to find it was not even begun. I was asked to wait as an order was taken and completed for two people in the store before mine was begun. Then the wrapper stopped assembling my order to wrap up a sandwich for someone that came in 15 minutes after me. I protested and was told to wait. This is a terrible store. No sense of customer service.

A few years ago I was a faithful customer going to NJM atleast 2x a week. I stopped because the Raleigh location started to charge extra for everything especially bacon. So I stopped going. Now the Morrisville location started the same craziness. The mgr or supervisor was not happy with how the worker added extra bacon onto the sandwich. So she walked over and in front of me charged me 2x for bacon. Nothing was said to me about an extra charge. I don't mind paying for extra but 2x more. Come on now. Sad! Lost my business again. Back to Jimmy John's.

This place is a FOOD SAFETY nightmare. During the 15 minutes I was there, this is what I witnessed.Employee #1 - a younger girl with grayish blue hair. Was drinking soda with her gloves on when I entered. Greeted me and then proceeded to the back to have a conversation with another employee. It was 5 minutes because she came to the counter. She unboxed frozen chicken and then proceeded to put her hands in to grab peppers, onions, and cheese all with the SAME raw chicken gloves. She complained to the other employee about how many hot subs she had to make today and kept slamming the utensils clearly annoyed. Throughout cooking my sub she continued to go back and forth to the back room and came out chewing whatever she was eating in the back. No hand washing, no changing of gloves, and a poor attitude.Employee #2 - did not greet one customer that came in the store. Had an ear pod in the whole time and just kept walking around with her hands underneath her apron.Employee #3 - an older gentleman. Filled the drink lids while I was there, came behind the register to take my order before employee one came over and took over. He then proceeded to the bathroom with his gloves on, came out of the bathroom with the gloves on. He entered the area behind the counter and thankfully discarded his gloves and went to the hand wash sink. Unfortunately, he splashed his hands with water, no soap was used, and the paper towel dispenser was empty so he went to the secondary one and dried his hands. Then proceeded to make an online orders sub.FOOD SAFETY is non existent here at this location. Deli meat sitting out on the counter, deli slicer looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, condiments and ingredients all over the counter, and the employee food safety practices are not there.It’s truly a miracle that they have not killed someone. I would highly recommend you do not eat here. I took my sub and threw it right in the garbage and will be requesting a refund. Absolutely disgusted.

I went to this location and the workers were messing up everybody's orders including mine. I ordered a giant sandwich and was given a regular despite them making the same mistake for a different customer at the same time as mine. They gave me the regular and said that they would make the other half. I expect them to remake it in a giant sub next time. I ended up being in store for 30 minutes, absolutely unbelievable.

Frequent this location.Something to be addressed, I have no idea how. Was there at lunch and it was busy. Ordered online. Got there when my order should be ready. Waited 15 minutes inside to get my order. If I got in line I would have been out of there in half that time. You can't ignore the 4 people waiting for online orders to exclusively work on people in line.I get it's busy, and you had a ton of oders. But also understand that people that order online are sometimes in a time rush and thats why we order online. 45 minutes from time of order to completion is really unacceptable. Not sure what the right answer is, but something needs to be done.

I was really pleased with the friendly and quick service at this sandwich shop. Their regular sandwiches are 8 inches long and are just the right amount of food. The sandwiches are made with fresh veggies and meats.

The men at this location will stare mercilessly at attractive females... they make no effort to cover it up or be discrete... rubber necking so badly that they make people uncomfortible... not sure what to say other than we will probably find another sub shop. My girlfriend was embarassed.

I walked in at 8:45pm today. I wanted to order their Original Italian sandwich. I started to order. However, the guy working that night was rude and to appeared to not want to be there. I am not sure if it was because I came in 15 minutes before closing. I decided to cancel my order due to the service received. I don't support bad service. This is the reason for my 1 star rating.
